I called ahead and was quoted a price and given my options for delivery or pickup. From the moment I arrived to departure, the customer service was excellent, professional, and efficient. I was in and out the door in 20 minutes with exactly what I came for, exactly how I wanted it, and at a reasonable price. I won't hesitate to recommend this place to friends. Great job gentlemen.

We are very please with the sectional. The helpful service; right from in store, curtousy calls to the delivery was over and above. GREAT customer service!!! Thank you for all your help.

Do not buy any thing from this store. I bought a couch from here with the warranty. I called for a repair 5-6 months after purchasing the couch. The stuffing in the couch was sagging and unconfortable to sit on. The “couch doctor” came out and “fixed” the couch. He added more stuffing but the wood was exposed from the frame of the couch and made it unsafe for my children. I called back and they said they didn’t know what to do and did all they could do. I reminded them of their policy of replacing the couch if it was unfixable within the first year. They pushed me off and keep sending the couch doctor until the year had passed. Needless to say I’m still dealing with this company after 2 years, and the couch is completely destroyed. We can’t use the one side and the frame is ripping through the back which is also dangerous

Wish I could leave zero stars. My wife and I had a terrible experience in this store. Not only was the sales person pushy but rude is an understatement. What's worse is reading comments from 11 months ago, the response is "...the district manager will be in touch to resolve..." So they are aware of rude sales staff behaviour and have done nothing to fix the issues. Seriously, the sales rep said "I think we're done here" when I asked about a lower price we saw at Leon's. Do yourself a favour : go to Leon's or the Brick where you will have a more enjoyable experience.
