This location is not BBB accredited, the staff although friendly have a horrid GM who does not care how many laws he breaks whether it be harassment or blatant threats. They can't seem to keep their paper work straight at all and even though I was supposed to be the SECONDARY person on the account and my Husband the main person whenever he went in to pay they would claim they couldn't find him in the system and would have to look up by my name. Further more they don't stop at harassing just you, but also the wrong people trying to contact you (hence the lack of proper paper work filing). In short, I have no issues continuing to work with Matt until my account is completed with them - however I will not under any circumstances deal with their GM and it's not just because of his lack of personal skills.
