This is the worst easy home location I've ever dealt with. It is privately owned and the owner is awful. She's rude and completely unreasonable. Not to mention, I got a couch from there that was infested with bed bugs. It took forever to get rid of them and the store wasn't sympathetic at all. The products you're getting aren't new and aren't checked for bugs weekly as they claim they are. The product I received wasn't even cleaned prior to me receiving it as there were still dog hairs and crushed chips down the sides. Do not go to this easy home location. You've been warned.

Absolutely horrible experience, overpriced they jerked me around for several months and waited until my warranty expired on my mattress and then proceeded to tell me that I was out of luck and there was nothing they could do to help me. very poor customer service very poor staff very poor product just a very poor experience altogether I do not recommend shopping at the 4th Avenue location in Ridley Square St Catharines Ontario

i too like the other one agrees with the management being horrible especially the owner yes i bought a used item and still has not been fixed. glad to read the review about the bed bugs Now i know i dont want the sofa and loveseat. It pays to check reviews. take pictures of item before it leaves the store and check the item out and take pictures of item when delivered.

Horrible ppl, Horrible management! Over all worst experience in my life. Would not suggest going to this store at all! Kevin at the store on Wellend Ave in St.Cath is amazing! The ppl here are just money hungry and only care about one thing in my opinion. 🤔
