Critelli's Fine Furniture

My husband and I just purchased three beautiful pieces of furniture from Pam at Critelli's furniture. From start to finish, our experience was one of the smoothest transactions we've ever had. Pam is knowledgeable, creative and extremely personable. The furniture at Critelli's is beautiful and really unique. We took advantage of their floor model sale and we saved thousands. We will definitely be back for more furniture that will complete our new home. I can't wait to see it all come together!

We just recently purchased a couch from Critelli’s.  What a wonderful experience!  We had originally wanted a sofa bed but we came across the most comfortable couch and we just had to have it!  Then there was the dilemma - where do our guests sleep.  Our sales person, Pam, was so helpful.  She even searched the internet for us and came up with options for sleeping arrangements for our house guests!  We highly recommend Critelli’s Furniture and will certainly return for future purchases.

We are extremely pleased with our shopping experience at Critelli Furniture. The staff is amazing and the quality of the furniture is second to none. We would like to thank Juanita in particular for her endless patience and kindness as we searched to find the perfect pieces for our living room. We never felt rushed as we shopped, were shown all the viable options to meet our style and budget at both Critelli's and their sister store Transitions, and Juanita really understood the nuances of colour and how important that was to me. Delivery was prompt and professional, the guys were friendly and knew all the tricks of getting large pieces through the small doorways in our older style home. We love to shop local and try to avoid the big impersonal box stores ... we have found that buying from Critelli Furniture is always a great shopping experience.

Awesome Staff..amazing service....Quality furniture...recently furnished my new house with the help of the expertise on my sales guy Frank...attention to detail was immaculate...came to my place to measure to ensure everything was perfect! My house is now a home with the of Critellli's!

We recently ordered an American Leather Sleeper Sofa from Critelli's. We chose a fabric we believed would suit our needs, upon delivery we immediately realized that it was not what we had envisioned. We contacted Critelli's and Mr. Joe Critelli who together with Pam provide personal service to deal with the issue and offered to exchange the sofa for another with a fabric very much to our liking. This is the first time we have purchased from Critelli's and cannot speak highly enough about their customer service - from the initial purchase to the final exchange resolution. In our opinion they went above and beyond ensuring customer satisfaction. And also kudos to the delivery crew who do a very professional job. Thank you to the entire Critelli Team. Gina and George
