The Home Depot

Allen in Windows and doors was awesome, he took the time to ask questions and understand exactly what we were looking for and even took us over to the locks and handles and helped us pick stuff out... He was busy at the time that we came in but dropped everything to help us which should be the way customer service works. Thanks Allen for restoring my faith that customer service still exists, although hard to find these days!!!( We had been to 2 other retailers before coming to Depot and couldn't find anyone to help...)

This is the best home depot we have ever been to. The staff is amazing! Debbie from Tool Rental is super helpful and patient, Franklin is an excellent advisor, we could have not done out gate without his advise. The manager Matthew McLean, goes above and beyond for every client, he is very helpful, professional and knowledgable. Thank you!

Most useless staff possible. Absent staff never to be found. If I acually get help its terrible. I called today cause going there to be ignored is stressful. I wanted to find out about a certain door key. And got transfered to flooring to windows back customer service. Just useless. Avoid this store buy on line

Hard to find soneone to help you. It is a self serve type of place. It is ok if it was easy to find things. We don't all know what we are doing.

Simply NO service. Even asked for assistance and got none. To add insult after finding what I needed it took over twenty minutes to pay for it, stand in line and wait...
