Home and Garden areas are always fun to browse when in season. Self checkout available. Open early for contractors. Equipment Rentals available. Plenty of parking. Clean washrooms. Memberships available. No credit card surcharge.

Selection of items is good throughout the store. The young lady at the paint counter is very nice and helpful. But as you walk around the rest of the store not much staff are available to assist with questions. The person at the self checkout counter is a little too invasive she grabs the stuff from your basket, scans them for you and watches you complete the purchase in an uncomfortable up close way. She did not do this with other customers so I wish that she helped others too instead of creepily stand shoulder to shoulder. There was no one in the appliance refrigerator area to assist with questions/an order sadly.

Home Depot on YMCA Drive in St. Catharines is a great resource for all your home improvement needs. They have a wide selection of tools, materials, and plants, all well-organized and easy to find. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, offering assistance with finding items or tackling projects. Special mention to their paint and work tools teams. Whether you're a DIY enthusiast or a contractor, Home Depot has what you need to get the job done. The only feedback is that at times, there are too many stranded carts in the isles, but the rest of it is great.

We always find what we're looking for here. Today, we decided to purchase an outdoor patio set. Henry's customer service exceeded our expectations, not only was he helpful but he went above and beyond to ensure we got what we were looking for. Aiden was also very helpful with our purchase. Even the garden staff ensured we were okay in loading up our new patio set, so nice! Truly a great bunch that works there and easily the best Home Depot location we've been to.

My family and I had a wonderful experience today thanks to LORI. We came in today with our 4 kids to pick up tiles for our bathroom renovations. Right away, she was courteous and began to help us with product selection and made thoughtful recommendations. We ended up buying our tiles and most of the items needed for our project! She was very knowledgeable, kind, honest and so gracious towards our kids in the process. Thanks for the wonderful customer service Lori.
