We bought a BBQ here in 2016 and were very happy with the service. The staff took the time in the store to help us choose the right model for us based on our needs/wants/habits. We were even more impressed when they delivered and set it up the next day! It's been working great and we appreciated their commitment in the whole process. This spring we wanted to update our patio cushions from a much older set and we realized pretty quickly that our chairs were a different shape/size than the regular cushions that are in stock in big box stores. We went into Sun Country to see if they could help and were happy to learn that they do custom orders for situations exactly like this! They had a huge selection of fabrics to choose from and the staff was again helpful and very knowledgeable. I gave them one of our old cushions to use as a sample in creating the new ones - all 4 cushions were a perfect fit and on top of that the staff offered to make a few design modifications based on their experience. I'm glad they did, the changes actually keep the new cushions way cleaner and drier than the old ones. This attention to detail is what makes for great customer service. We will definitely buy from there again! Thank you!

I went into Sun Country looking for a large outdoor umbrella. I was assisted by Quinlyn who showed me the large selection available and was very informative explaining the features. Customer service was great and I look forward to my next visit to Sun Country.

I was in the market for a BBQ and just out of chance went into SunCountry and was helped by Mike. I was in the market for a Broil King but wanted stainless steel grills instead of cast-iron grills. Mike offered me a solution of upgrading the BBQ grill that I was interested in from cast-iron to stainless with a small up charge. I was ecstatic and said, "I'll Buy It!" before he could get another word in. Not only did SunCountry assemble and deliver my BBQ for FREE....they took the old one away! Just an exceptionally pleasant experience! Thanks Mike and Crew

The salad bar is to die for. Plus so many goodies to choose from. Don't go there hungry.

They are a distributor of Big Green Eggs and accessories. Friendly staff, had the gasket in stock that I needed for my BGE.
