Returned a dining chair and Tracey gave us a new chair and even put it together for us. She was very helpful and wanted to make sure we were completely happy. All the staff at this store are pleasant and make you feel that you are important to them. There are many stores that could take lessons from Bouclair. I will definitely be returning for other items.
Two stars is probably a bit generous. The products are nice, but I was so taken aback by how uninviting the staff are. 2nd attempt visiting this location and both times I have not even received so much as a grin. No customer service was provided at any point. In fact all employees kept their heads down to avoid any communication with any of the customers in the store. They all scurry around front to back to seem so busy that you as a customer actually feel like you’re inconveniencing them by being in their way. Even on our way out two girls up front both wouldn’t even lift their head to say have a nice day. Completely ignored. It’s too small of a store for this behaviour, and truthfully the prices are too high not to have anyone in there with any kind of sales behaviours or experience. Shame.

Very happy with my purchase from Bouclair. Quick and easy curbside pickup. The staff at this location is always friendly and accommodating. Good quality and competitive pricing, love my side table will use it as a plant stand lol.
I came in looking for sheet tightening straps. The young girl appeared like I was wasting her time but did suggest trying WalMart.

I just have to give a shot out to the young man who works here. Everytime I shop here he is so helpful, kind and really goes over and above to find what you need. Also carries heavy stuff to your car! Thank you!
I had such an incredible experience at this location, all thanks to the manager Narun, God love him! He helped me through my entire shopping trip, gave me his opinions and honest reviews and I was overall pleased with all his recommendations! This is exactly what customer service should be !!! 10/10 will shop again
I found most of what I was looking for in this store. Great products, prices are good. Staff is not so friendly. I waited about 15 minutes for someone to show at the counter so I could pay, she was in the back doing something for another customer, that made me feel better. But wow, couldn't get a smile, a hello, or have a good day, nothing.... Hands me my receipt and takes the next person as I am walking away. To bad that customer service is not what it used to be. This girl clearly does not love her job or did not want to be there early Saturday afternoon. I will find another store to shop at from now on.
