Like to give many thanks to two ladies that helped me greatly today. Grace especially help me out with the printer when everybody was just doing their own thing. She came to my rescue and she was a great lady. Macy who also was great, she had helped shipping my product was very nice and pleasant I will come back again to see the two of them.
Staples website says that this store is dog friendly as long as your dog is on a leash. However, this particular store does not want your dog in there if they make the slightest noise. My friend and I were asked to leave within 2 minutes of being in the store because one of our dogs made a noise. The associates were not friendly and they have definitely lost my business, which I expressed to them. 2 of the dogs are little and one big and we take them shopping everywhere that allows dogs. They are always leashed and friendly. This is the ONLY store which has treated us so poorly. Shame on you Staples...
My husband and I were both hesitant to renew our phone plans through Staples instead of directly with our carrier and unfortunately, our concerns were justified. A sales associate assured us we’d get better phones, pay less, and have the same coverage as we did with Bell. Based on that, we both made the switch to Virgin through Staples.nnSince then, both of our phone bills have gone up, and we constantly experience dead zones even close to home. I went back to the store twice to try and resolve the issue. When I finally spoke with the wireless supervisor, I was told nothing could be done because the return window had passed. I explained that I felt misled and shared how important reliable service is for my small business, especially with travel coming up. The only solution I was offered was to add a small business line to my account for even more money — completely missing the point of my original concern.nnIt truly felt like once the sale was made and commission was earned, that was the end of their interest in helping. We’re now stuck in more expensive, less reliable phone situation, with no support. Extremely disappointed in the experience.
Staples is my go-to store for everything I need! The staff here are always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly — it really makes a difference. They have a vast variety of products, from office supplies to electronics and even furniture. No matter what I’m looking for, I can always find it here. The store is well-organized, and checkout is quick and easy. Plus, there’s always plenty of parking available, which makes the shopping experience even more convenient. Highly recommend!
Friendly staff. Fast checkout. DHL, Purolator, FedEx service available inside. Many items can be brought in for recycling at this location such as Toner Cartridges, Writing Tools and Batteries. Clean well-lit store. Decent prices. Plenty of free parking. No credit card surcharge. No WiFi.
