Wow! Amazing service. Was having a not so good day and I approached the desk to get some help with the many things I needed printed and a special picture laminated. The young girl named ELwent above and beyond to help me, she was so friendly and patient with me. It was so nice to feel so looked after. Made my day a lot brighter. She’s a keeper! Thank you!

I stopped in to this location and received two different exceptional customer service experiences.nnBoth Josh and Lucas exceeded my expectations for product knowledge but more so on the willingness to make sure my wife and I felt taken care, informed and left the store as satisfied customers.nnWe greatly appreciated the attention to detail and effort to provide first class service, which is definitely appreciated also ensures that we come back again!.

My daughter and I went to the print shop to get cards and posters done for my husband's celebration of life. Misty and Amanda were the best they were kind and so helpful. Thanks again for all your support and understanding. Staples should be proud to have staff like you.

The lady at the printing shop was the rudest. First she completely ignores me while waiting in line and goes for a person who came after me. Then when asking her for the simplest questions in regards to pricing which she herself brought up in regards to differences between picking up today or tomorrow, she replies with the rudest comments. Like I don’t understand if she is having a bad day or that is how she does customer service. Sorry but if you can’t answer simplest questions, then you shouldn’t be doing that kind of job.
