I went in to buy a new chair and the employees were so helpful. Nicholas was very patient as I tried out quite a few chairs and gave me a great recommendation. He even brought the chair out to my car for me. The manager, I believe his name was Frank, was also so friendly. I would definitely recommend this Staples location!
Since the plague, I discovered the world of shopping by pick-up and delivery. I have purchased many different things, from cleaning products to furniture from this store. The product quality is excellent. This has been my store for years and they have never messed up an order. I can not say the same about any other delivery or pick-up store.
After almost leaving with no purchase, because of my walking challenges, and terrified of navigating the beautiful but very large store, Tom approached me and politely told me to relax, sit down and he would accommodate me with an office chair on wheels. Naturally he steered! We chatted and I ended up purchasing some coloured paper and 2 packs of small canvases. Purpose of this review is to inform head office not to admonish him for using a chair on wheels from inventory, or concern yourselves with fear of retribution or liability, but to praise him for “thinking outside the box”. He deserves more than a few stars…….more likely a promotional role on training staff on how to assist customers in need without being patronizing! HIs “sixth” sense is what gave me a wonderful shopping experience! Thanks to Tom! Also a quick conversation with Derek made me feel heard when I mentioned a courtesy wheel chair would be a nice addition to the store’s services.
I came in today having a bad morning, in a rush and annoyed that the self-serve kiosk wasn't recognizing my file type. I asked Misty Ann at the print desk for assistance and she completely turned my day around. Thank you!!!! Will definitely come see you for any printing needs in the future.
Refuse to stand by their products. Sole me a 2800 Samsung phone which failed after 14 months. Refuse to take responsibility. No empathy whatsoever. Lost a very good customer today.
Very spacious and comfortable after the renovation or I guess a grand opening. Always coming in here for a printing job or a photo print. Guys and girls are always on the floor to help you out
My Staples visit was very pleasant. I went for school supplies and as soon as I walked in, i got greeted by an employee and directed where to go quickly. Everything was sitting nicely with prices clearly marked and everything easy to find. Definitely a good store to go to for computers and office supplies as well
Then new location is beautiful. Staff are friendly and the GM was awesome to let us take photos to bring back to our location in Nova Scotia

Visited the new Staples Store at the Fairview Mall. Their front door is accessed from the parking lot and the store is huge. Everything is well stocked and great selection Including back-to- school items and even a line of very nice desks. At the back of the store there are machines to order prints of photos off your phone or camera. As well there is a print shop located at the back of the store and I found the staff behind the counter to be knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered a large poster sized print that came on good quality paper from my phone in the morning and it was ready for pickup that afternoon. You are notified by text on your phone when ready. The store was very clean and spacious.
