I bought a car from Sukhi Bath Motors yesterday and had a very pleasant experience. Each and every staff member I dealt with was friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. They were able to work with me to find the right car in my price range and the best price possible. I definitely recommend them if you're looking for a reliable used vehicle!

My wife bought a new used car from here and it was a great experience for me to watch her go through. She was treated with tons of respect and was given great advice on what her options are. She picked a 2021 Kia Forte with 33,000km and its just like brand new..they washed inside and out...detailed it...awesome service and would recommend them to anyone. Let's not mention they made the deal at the price point my wife set for her bi-weekly payments.. impressed..thanks to all their staff ..what a pleasure

These guys amazed me with their excellent service!! I had previously applied to another and wasn’t impressed.  But with Sukhi Bath motors, I’m grateful for their rates. I’m super thrilled to have gotten my first car from them. JT helped me pick a nice cute fuel efficient car, Andy and Ganeesha helped with the documentation and got me amazing rates.  I am bringing all my friends her to get their cars and whoever is reading this should absolutely do the same!  These guys do business with good conscience. There is no exorbitant interest rates hidden somewhere and their coffee is out of this world

Great service !  Sandeep Singh is a great sales and finance associate, he helped us all the way until I got approved for a beautiful truck,  thanks Sukhi Bath Truck center team,  sales and finance manager are great too, they really care for their customers.   I recommend them, just stop by and talk to them about what you are looking for in a car and they will help you for sure, very happy with my new truck.  Thanks guys

Had a very negative experience shopping here. The first thing I made clear was that I was not going to buy on the spot as I had several other vehicles I was looking at. I also stated a specific maximum price I was looking to spend. Despite this, the sales associate tried to show me 3 different vehicles that were significantly higher than what I wanted to pay. When I was finally shown a car that was within the limit I wanted, the sales manager tried to hard close me into a sale immediately. I repeated that I was not interested in buying right away. At that point I was told that I was not standing behind my word.  This is extremely insulting. I am a business owner and sales manager myself, and I had made it abundantly plain that I was NOT wanting to purchase on the spot. My advice is the sales manager and associate need to be re-trained to listen to a prospect. I will definitely not be buying from this dealership now.

I was looking at a vehicle on the lot and a salesman told me about the vehicle and I left with his card. I called the next day to ask if the vehicle was still available , he said yes. I made a fair offer for it. That's when the games started.  He told me another customer was asking about it the day b4. I told him that it was me that viewed it the day b4. He then said the customer put a deposit on it. I said well it wasn't me, so why are you saying its available if a customer put a deposit on it ? Too me that means it is no longer available. I get the sales tactics but I don't like dealing with dishonest people and if this is the type of sales people SUKI BATH MOTORS has on staff then they have lost potential customers as I will tell my friends and family to avoid this dealership.

I had a great experience with Sukhi Bath Motors. I had accompanied my friend to purchase a car under a  recommendation from his friend who had purchased vehicles from Bath Motors  in the past. Our sales persons were Sandeep Singh and Armaan who were patient, provided excellent customer service and explained everything to us. From sales, to finance, to insurance the extended team was simply amazing and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Suki Bath Motors to future friends!!!

I got my car from Sukhi bath in 2019 and one of driver seat automatic button stopped working so, I called to book an appointment. The service department wanted to charge 95$ just to look at it and diagnose it first of all. Then I finally a had appointment today but yesterday I called to ask them, can you please tell me estimate time how long or how many hours it's gonna take? The girl in the service department transferred my call to the guy who was supposed to work on my car and He was so rude. He said I still have to look at it and see I can't give any idea,, even though when I booked a appointment they said they will order a new button and ONE DAY before the appointment thye don't know what's going on?? Like This is not how customer service works. Please guys be safe out there.
