Got my daughter a Forte. Within 20 min she was test driving it. They listened to our budget. Gave her a great deal. Jai the finance manager was very helpful explaining the finance contract & the gm Brian was absolutely amazing making sure we got a great deal. The entire staff was friendly & helpful. Brian is definitely a great team leader. Can't wait to buy our next car from Applewood Kia!!! Definitely recommend this store for your next purchase.

Apple wood Kia Surrey is a good place. There sales and service team are very honest. My wife and I have purchased 3 cars from here. We would not trust another dealership with our car, service is great .

When I visited this place 5 years ago, the salesperson were very pushy and aggressive in trying to sell their car. I got my Soul in Coquitlam Centre instead. I got a letter for recall notice for seat heater wire problem. I called Surrey Center 2 times and left message and no response. So I visited in person and book appointment 3 weeks ago for today February 12th at 10:30. I get there at 10:15 I realize it's closed. I'm really upset. I booked this appointment 3 weeks ago and on my day off from shift work, and drive all the way there to find out it is closed. I'm really frustrated by their lack of profession. I did not know today is holiday. They did not call me to reschedule nor notify me that it was a holiday. This is my first time I'm writing a negative review on Google. I'm that mad.
