Compared to gm & dodge dealerships where I searched with no satisfaction Mainland Ford staff are courteous and helpful in their interactions with me. One major concern to me was the flaw in vehicle which is in your system now to be repaired The vehicle should never been released to me. I made your associate aware of problem soon as I discovered it pictures taken he said he would pass on to next authority after 5 days no response .I return to Mainland to find employee no longer there and my problem with vehicle is like him gone with the wind. 5 star rating seriously down graded. Feel free to contact me after repair for another critique and hopefully more stars

The team a team mainland ford was great! I was really happy with my overall sales and delivery process. Everyone there was really nice and took the time to explain everything to me so that I could understand it. My truck was shiny and clean when I picked it up! Just had my car serviced and asked wanted to get the car detailed because of the salt/snow. Jay the manager decided to tackle down the job and made my truck brand new. My truck is filthy through the highway driving as I work all the way in the north. I highly recommend their shop and service. Their customer service department are also nice and warm welcoming. Awesome customer service and all staff were friendly. This was my first car purchase and there wasn’t a second where I felt I was taken advantage of. Everything was explained well and they fit the perfect car to my budget. Great first car purchase experience from Greg and the rest of mainland ford. Thank you!

Took delivery of our 2017 Ford truck today. We want to give a shout-out to our salesman, Taylor Berge, for his exemplary service.
