Got here my CX 5 last year
Everything went very smooth from the first visit till I got my car (2 days!)
Now I am doing my regular maintenance service here and I am very satisfied with the high quality service they provide

Recently came here for an oil change for my Mazda 3. Super friendly staff and did not feel pressured to buy services I don't need. Their prices are also very competitive. They provided a complimentary car wash and vacuumed the interior. I thought the "Thank You" card on my dash with 2 mints were a nice touch at the end. I highly recommend this place! (Also purchased the vehicle from this location)

My experience at Freeway Mazda was excellent. I am the type to be suspicious of sales people of any kind, but Daniel Yun is the guy you wanna go for. He was very friendly, helpful, and honest! He worked with me on my trade and gave me a great deal on my "new" Mazda 3.
Also he followed up with me via text to make sure everything is going well and to see how I was liking the car.
Finance and Paperwork was processed super fast by Eric & got the Car Delivered in 3 days. Also After deciding on delivery day of Friday when i called in on Thursday Morning requesting the delivery to be done today itself they made it happen and delivered it by 5 pm.
I'm happy with my purchase & the deal i got ! Looking forward for similar experience with the Service Department...

Had my car towed there and was told it would take about 5k in repairs to get it driving again and I should just sell it to them for $150 and buy a new car off the lot!! Managed to drive it off their lot and to a mechanic who charged me $300 to get it running again. Scare tactics are not cool freeway Mazda!! Will not consider shopping for my next Mazda there.
