Booked a test drive 2 days ahead for a 2013 c-class. When I showed up,  they would only show me the car which was weird. Then I asked to test drive, the sale rep told me the manager instructed no one can test drive unless contract was signed. They could've told me like 2 days ahead! This was probably the only time I heard I had to buy a car before a test drive. We are not talking about brand new GT-R or S class, but for a USED c-class. At other dealerships, I was able to test drive more expensive, brand new cars with no hassles at all. I then proceed to ask the sale what if I don't like the car or found something wrong with the car during the test drive. He just couldn't answer me and stayed silent. All I can say this is definitely a good way to do business.

if you go here be prepared to be roasted. went to look at a S63 they had, asked to look at the vehicle, he goes " 12500 deposit to look at the vehicle first" * prior bought a g63 from MB SURREY* then we spoke to the manager, he allowed us to look at the car but not sit in it because it was new. after this nonsense we spoke to Rebecca the finance manager, and insisted if we wanted to get the lease approved we must put $90,000 down even though the vehicle was 184k listed price. Otherwise we wouldn't get approved. 

Went to Langley dealership didn't have any problems put a down payment of $20,000 and walked out of the dealership 3 hours later with the car.

I would highly recommend this place if you need to do any service done on your smart car. I always had an amazing service . Alexander the service adviser is always helpful and sincere. They changed my cars head light right on the spot with no appointment. Thank you Alexander and rest of the Mercedes Surrey team.

I've been dealing with Mercedes-Benz Surrey for a few years now and I always been treated with the utmost respect and customer courtesy. Specifically Harj and Johnson in the parts department have always ensured they exceed my satisfaction. Wouldn't go to any other Mercedes dealer. Thank you for all the work over the years looking forward to many more years of business to come.

I came to this dealership as a referral from a friend who had bought a couple of days ago. I made an appointment ahead of time and met up with the salesman (Sucha). I liked the van I saw and proceeded to do a deal with the salesman. I'm not one to bother with a lot of negotiation, especially as I assumed he would have given me the same kind of deal as my friend had received. I don't prefer paying interest, so I decided to pay cash for this van. I placed a deposit on it so I could pick it up the next week. In the mean time I spoke to my friend and he said that they were way over charging me on the freight and PDI from what he received. I did some research through another dealership and found out that they charged me $1,000 more than my friend (who bought almost the EXACT same van!). I called them to express my concern and they stated that I would not be approved as they believed I would export the vehicle, while not even saying anything about the overcharge to begin with. I stated that they should not have taken my deposit if they believed I wasn't a legitimate customer. A salesman with 42 years of experience should have known this! I've never been so angry at how poorly I was treated and how my business was mishandled. You would think that a referred customer would be treated with the same respect as a previous customer, but clearly this dealership doesn't care about new customers. I will never return to this dealership again, and have since bought a new van from elsewhere and am loving it.
