Bought a new Nissan here August 2016. Had oil changes done by them in January and May at the proper mileage intervals. Turns out they used the wrong oil 0w20 when the manual calls for 5w30. Now the engine is noisy internally. First time diagnosing in June they had it for a week, at the end they told me they switched the oil and told me I have plenty of warranty left and to come back when it's noisier. Left it with them again last week Tuesday night for an 8am appointment and keys left with Harry and Desiree at front counter. Wednesday at 3pm(!) received a voicemail from Brian the service manager that my keys are misplaced. I had to phone reception and Desiree confirmed she dropped the keys at the service desk. Phoned back to service and spoke with Scott and he confirmed they now had the key. Major gap in communication there and really poor service making the customer call various departments chasing keys. On top of that they waited 7 hours to call me that the keys are missing! On Thursday they told me to pick up my car and to monitor the noise, which is apparently not abnormal - despite service techs being unable to recreate it in other similar cars on the lot. Prior to leaving my car on Tuesday night I emailed the service manager and advisor - never got a response until Thursday afternoon when I resent the email and included the general manager Peter. Very poor communication and customer service here and I have totally lost confidence in Applewood.
Follow up to my email to Dave regarding ‘making things right’. He did not address the wrong oil being used twice, the fact that they were diagnosing my car for over a week only to deny any noise, and did not mention anything about misplacing my key for 7 hours. What’s the point in responding to these reviews if you are not going to admit and repair the mistakes your dealership made? In the end Dave said if I am not happy with their answer I can get a second opinion at a different Nissan store. I will do just that and suggest that everyone reading this to skip the hassle with Applewood and go to a different location.

I've been taking my Versa Note here for service ever since I bought it. These guys provide amazing service, far above and beyond the necessary (at no extra charge). I've NEVER had any problems with them in the four years I've been going, and they've been able to diagnose and fix issues that another (nameless!) Nissan dealer in Surrey either couldn't figure out, or actually created. Front desk staff is extremely friendly and efficient. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Good dealership. Erick took very good care of us, no pressure just let us take all the time we needed to get a real feel for the car.

Love the staff. Great place to get your vehicle serviced and also if you need parts.
