Tim Hortons

I like walk to this place to have a cup of coffee. I have kept this habit for many years. The people here are also very nice, because its location is very convenient, I can drive here or walk here. I like this store very much, because it has a big window and very comfortable chairs.

I recently visited Tim Hortons and had a mixed experience. While the coffee and pastries were up to the usual standard, the service was notably slow, and there was a one item missing from my order, so I just waisted some time during waiting for nothing. Additionally, there were a significant number of homeless individuals around the location, which might affect your comfort level depending on the time of day. The staff seemed to be doing their best under the circumstances, but the overall experience was less than ideal.

Food was okay. Service was okay. Lunch time is very busy. Extra staff might be helpful. Came back to try a second Flatbread Pizza on a different day and this time same person that took my order made my pizza w/o washing the hands. Bacon sat out on counter I'm not sure for how long sitting beside the hand sink and bacon was put on after the pizza after was cooked. I asked why cold bacon is placed on it and she said that is the standard. I did not enjoy this one. On this day the storefront was not at its best, you were greeted with PUK right at the doorstep upon entering tim hortons. This location needs to be cleaned a bit more frequently due to its traffic.

service is pretty average for a timmies. the line can be crazy long at times but if you mobile order there’s usually no issue. the parking is pretty crappy for this location but it’s st. clair west so that’s to be expected.

This is without a doubt, the worst run Tim Hortons I have ever been to in my entire life. They are always short staffed. They can have a lineup out the door and people are in the back instead of out helping they can see the lineup out the door and walk back-and-forth back-and-forth doing I don’t know, wiping off a counter behind the counter, and I constantly see people walk out of this Tim Hortons due to their service. 99 percent of the time they have one cash open and another person beside them making coffee instead of opening another cash. They need to figure it out. I wish I could pick zero stars but I can’t.
