Tim Hortons

Nice location near Bathurst and St Clair. The best part is there is a parking lot adjacent! So when I went in I couldn't help but notice the cutest merchandise on display. I guess this must be the holiday collection. I ordered the new custard tart and an infuzr. Both were great. I saw a lot of posts online about the portguese custard tarts but considering this is Tim Hortons is was actually pretty good. I'm going to try the other tart next time.

I was reading the past reviews and was surprised to see all the negative reviews. I usually have a pleasant experience at this tim hortons, in regard to the service by the wonderful ladies and my order. I know they are busy at times and the line is huge, but it is also a busy area with only this location in close radius.

Service is consistent, fast, and I usually am able to find a table. The employees are nice and welcoming. If I’ve had an error in my order, they fix it with no hesitation. The food is prepared well.nIt’s a very busy location so give the employees a little sympathy! They probably need to open another Tim Hortons in the area.

It’s okay not the best and not clean nor up to standard washroom has not been clean nor the seating area.nnThe cashiers was not presentable or has his hat on when doing orders or picking up bake goods “as you can see in the picture “

RUDE.STAFF TONIGHT MONDAY 2nd Marxh 7.20pm. Mad that I asked her,.so politely, to wipe my table. It's not my fault they don't regularly maintain the tables. Even if it looks.clean I can still.ask. there were crumbs BTW and I came.to work. MAY SHE BE REPLACED BY AN AI ROBOT. Owner you have work to do. She pretended to ignore. Had to ask twice. Why am I a customer ?
