Terrible servicenThey act like they are having a bad day all the time. Especially the girl that works as a cashier. She is so rude and never takes the right order, and when you correct your order, she gets upset and acts very rude. Very unpleasant experience every time. Please check on your staff

I’m sorry but the people working here are genuinely so bad at their job, my order was very very simple 1 donut, 1 croissant and 1 tea biscuit anyways. To begin with one of the customers before me ordered but didn't pay and neither of the two people working there knew how to cancel a transaction for some reason which seems like it should be a pretty basic job. Anyways, after it took them a while to figure it out and cancel that, the person taking my order charged me twice and when I asked about it he responded with “you didn’t want it twice” like what does that even mean… !? Anyways I was like since you’ve charged twice give me the double quantity obviously because I’m not paying for nothing lol. Anyways with literally just 3 items he still forgot 1 of them twice. I’m glad I checked when he first gave me the bag and then again. Getting an order as simple as this wrong thrice is really something!!

Extremely genuine and kind employees. Especially for a Toronto located Tim Hortons I’d say they are very well ran most of the time. The Asian lady who seems to be the manager runs the store very well and is professional and efficient. Egg and cheese farmers wrap is pretty good
