Yesterday we had an amazing crafting birthday party for bunch of 8 year olds Michaels Billy Bishop . The girls loved it so so so much !!! It was an absolutely incredible experience where the word stress did not exist due to the 2 most amazing ladies , that were assisting us and during the party. Massive thank you to Bebe and Ajack!!! Seriously I cannot thank you enough!! You made this whole experience truly magical for the parents and the girls!! Your attentiveness and genuine care have not got unnoticed . You are an asset to Michaels and we will be back next year most definitely!! Suggestion : putting more crafting options would be really great idea for us parents when deciding which crafting package to choose .

This Michael's in person shopping is amazing and they have awesome accents for home . Do not order Michael's delivery because it is a nightmare. Ordered over 100 worth of frames for my birthday event. 3 weeks of back and forth since delivery never came. Finally got my $ back and then picked up at store.

King has been very helpful with advice on custom framing 2 of my favourite prints. I was impressed by his knowledge, artist's eye and pleasant demeanor. I would return for his assistance in the future without hesitation. Veronica

Very organized store and super clean. It’s never busy which I absolutely love. It’s quite huge and a little difficult to find an item if you’re in a rush BUT the staff are so knowledgeable, they just know where everything is precisely. Also, it is wheelchair accessible.

Bought a canvas without checking. It is level 1 artist loft 12 by 36 inch. I noticed the torn plastic wrap but did not bother. But now I noticed it is missing the wooden edges. Only an empty packet inside.nAlso what is with the no employee to assist you especially in the self service payment? Their hand scanners do not work, one had the notice written others did not but they still did not work! Have been going here since 2022! Seemed to be a lot of change in service, product lines are still good even better
