I use this store for my hobbies, mostly beads. Store provides variety of different types and broad selection. Most of the time using their natural stone collection.nOften they're going on sale from 20 to 60% off, but prices creeping up and quality of items not always consistent and mostly on the lower end. Clearance items mostly 50% off and nonrefundable.nI found them low quality and overpriced.nFor better quality items you've got to go to several stores and with luck you can get bit better selection and quality of items you are looking for. Prices and selections may vary from store to store. It's not very good practice. Quite frankly it makes difficult to buy all items in variety and quantity you want in one place.nThey are rarely now offer free shipping and you cannot buy items in one store and pick it up in another one. It's quite disappointing. It is a US based store and prices and items in US are cheaper and bigger and better selection,but you can not buy anything and have it shipped to Canada. Quite disappointing.nAlso they stopped offering free hobby classes. Not very smart move from consumers point of view.

After a negative experience during my last visit the issue was solved immediately and everyone that I dealt with was great , I went back today to get some Art supplies for my niece and had a fantastic experience. The team members were friendly and helpful especially Olivia. Very organized store with many useful clearance items. If you sign up for their rewards program, they’ll email you a in store and or/online only coupons. They introduced self checkouts so be prepared for that. Easy to use though

Very lovely staff. This is my favourite location. I miss Stephen but everyone else here almost fills the void :. Always satisfied with the products I get from custom framing. I had an issue once, and it was swiftly corrected. The pricing and selection could be better sometimes, but that isn’t the responsibility of the in-store staff.

I was at the checkout and Anisa was helping me. I forgot to come with a coupon and she said I could get it on my phone. Well, I’m a senior and only know how to do a few things on my phone. She asked me if I’d like her to do it and I said, yes. She got me the coupon in no time. She was so patient and helpful.
