**AUGUST 2024 UPDATE** clinic location is at 265 Carling Ave, 4th floor, and not on Bronson Ave edit submitted to Google Maps for review.nnI found this clinic last night on the Ministry of Health website using the walk-in clinic finder tool after reading all the horror stories about wait times at Appletree have been out of town for a while. Got lucky and was able to schedule an appointment for the following morning at 9:30am.nnAs other reviewers have mentioned, the clinic is currently listed on Google Maps at the wrong location.nnI saw Dr. Chesda Bun and he was really helpful and offered to write me a referral for the emergency room.nnThe clinic itself at 265 Bronson is pretty rough though. The intake desk/reception is someone sitting at a $30 IKEA table in a windowless room while patients line up into the hallway outside. Service was friendly and pleasant though and given the state of our healthcare system am grateful to have gotten in on such short notice and with an easy online booking platform.

They are overbooking appointments. Making appointments 5 minutes apart and still taking in walk-ins. Unorganized. Unprofessional. Understaffed. Waiting room is filled with sick people. Sick people in a small reception/waiting room. That's not a healthy environment for the patients and staff. Unfortunately the whole Ontario Medical System is broken Let me be clear, I do not blame the doctor. I blame management and OHIP.

Very bad experience here! I booked an appointment with a woman nurse and even emailed to confirm. They told me they only have women nurses. On the day of my appointment, I was surprised I had a man doctor and I confirm with reception, she told me their woman doctor has the day off. Seriously? I just spent a few hours to hear this. Very disappointed and terrible experience!

This clinic is a disgrace, 4 hours waiting for my baby to have a vaccine. When I asked at reception, they said it would only be another 5 minutes. There was nowhere to change a diaper or breastfeed, the only bathroom had no lock on the door, the same bathroom for reception was for urine tests, it was filthy and had no toilet paper. The place is dirty, the receptionists are unprepared, they chat while you stand at the counter waiting to be seen. I understand that there is a shortage of doctors in the country, but do those who have them need to work in such precarious conditions?nAnd when we do get through, the doctor says that you don't need to wait to be vaccinated, you can skip it as it will only take 10 minutes.

Pamela was great today. Best walking clinic! We have been patients for longer than two years. The service is excellent, and the ambience is improving. They have a pharmacy inside the clinic, which is a separate business. Nevertheless, it helps when you can get your medicine right away. They care about your well-being.
