**AUGUST 2024 UPDATE** clinic location is at 265 Carling Ave, 4th floor, and not on Bronson Ave edit submitted to Google Maps for review.nnI found this clinic last night on the Ministry of Health website using the walk-in clinic finder tool after reading all the horror stories about wait times at Appletree have been out of town for a while. Got lucky and was able to schedule an appointment for the following morning at 9:30am.nnAs other reviewers have mentioned, the clinic is currently listed on Google Maps at the wrong location.nnI saw Dr. Chesda Bun and he was really helpful and offered to write me a referral for the emergency room.nnThe clinic itself at 265 Bronson is pretty rough though. The intake desk/reception is someone sitting at a $30 IKEA table in a windowless room while patients line up into the hallway outside. Service was friendly and pleasant though and given the state of our healthcare system am grateful to have gotten in on such short notice and with an easy online booking platform.

Good people and clean environment. However, I have this one feedback to the team. I asked for appointment by email and staff responded we are a walk-in clinic. I later found out that the clinic has a reservation platform. Management should ensure all staff know the systems and processes to properly guide clients.

Doctors and healthcare professionals are generally very competent and dedicated, but the issue is in the slow service compared to other clinics. The problem is that even if you have an appointment, they might call you two or three hours later.nnI wouldn’t recommend anyone to schedule an appointment there if they have other commitments to attend to after visiting the doctor, as the waiting times are too long.nnEveryday when i go there i spend 3hours + waiting for the doctor to call me

Pamela was great today. Best walking clinic! We have been patients for longer than two years. The service is excellent, and the ambience is improving. They have a pharmacy inside the clinic, which is a separate business. Nevertheless, it helps when you can get your medicine right away. They care about your well-being.

Great, kind and passionate professionals, front desk, nurse, doctor, everybody. You feel very welcomed and well taken care of. Walk-in clinic, same day appointments, appointments and vaccines for babies, adults all age. Clean clinic and it's recently done. Blood and urine test done right there right after seeing the doctor. Pharmacy right there to pick up prescriptions. Free parking.
