I was pleased with the service at the Gladwin DHL office last week. The agent was polite and professional. My legal documents arrived in Spain within two days, and were promptly received at the Solicitor's address. Despite the cost ouch!, it was worth it.

This is the most pathetic shipping company I've every dealt with. I decided to try them out for a US shipment, paid service for next day 12pm as my customer was leaving the country 4 days later and needed the contents of the package for travel. This was May 27th. Not only did they fail miserably to not only make next day noon, but not even 4 days later before my customer left the country. The package was requested to be returned to sender. Today is now July 11th, 6.5 weeks after the original drop off at this location and the package has not moved one inch from it's last check point. No matter the phone calls or emails, just a bunch of fake apologies and assuring me it's straight on it's way back and nothing. On top of this they are trying to get me to fill out a form now saying I will be responsible for any duties applied to my customer, even though they never received the package and fees to resend the package back, all because they epically failed to deliver on a service I paid for. These people couldn't deliver a used kleenex to a garbage bin, let alone get your package where it needs to be. Highly advise to pick an alternate shipper!

DHL Canada has been a disaster to deal with during the current strike. I have two packages that have been “in transit” for over a week with no tracking updates. When I finally reached out, I received a vague, copy-paste response saying my shipments would be “forwarded within 48 to 72 business hours” — with no actual confirmation of where they are, or when I’ll receive them.nnThey clearly weren’t prepared for the strike, and now customers are stuck in limbo. Their customer service line doesn’t work, emails are generic, and there’s zero transparency. No option to pick up, no timeline I can trust, and no accountability.nnAbsolutely unacceptable for an international shipping company. I will actively avoid DHL going forward.

I have been waiting for my package for a month. I live in Brockville, Ontario. I always see that it is in Ontario, then in Quebec, then in Ontario, then in Quebec. It has been a month. The delivery date was June 16. I hope this will be resolved soon. Otherwise I will not use your services. Sorry

very third class company... I didn't receive the shipment yet, I paid custom and it's almost 12 days and shipment at ottawa warehouse but then after no reply and no update on tracking.
