Paul and Dennis delivered a fridge to our home, and took our old one out.nSame service as other users but different experience.nThey came within the delivery window, called in advance of arrival.nThey had to remove our front door to get the old fridge out. No problems. They were done promptly and cleaned up after themselves.

I’m in disbelief on how unprofessional and aggressive the delivery driver was. He was so angry and pissed off that I had a standard front door frame which caused him to have to take off the doors of the fridge to get it into my house. He yelled at me and said, “most people measure the fridge before they buy it’. He was tossing around his tools, threatening to take the fridge back. He aggression was scary if I was home alone I would have been very frightened . When he left he laid in the horn of the truck, raved the engine and sped away only to turn around and drive by my house again full speed honking his horn the whole time he passed the house. Lucky no children were playing outside his rage was so. Intense. I’m baffled by his actions and aggression. I called Canada Cartage to express my concerns and got responses. Was told the manager would call back but nothing. This man needs to be fired he was so angry and aggressive not acceptable.

Canada Cartage delivered a portable dishwasher to us. They opened the package so we could see the product before we accepted it, and took the old one away. On time, very respectful and polite.

Unprofessional driver. He's fighting with me for the winter tire. It happened around 3:30 pm September 13,2023 at 9 Pavona Street. Please be aware to this driver he's not good. Just a tire but he's aggressive to kill. He's laughing at me like demon.

We are absolutely appalled by delivery service we received from Canada Cartage after buying a new fridge from Home Depot.nnTheir team showed no regard for our belongings. This team tossed all of our shoes down the stairs in a huge mess while clearing space. They removed our front door and did not bother to properly re-install it when they left.nnWe were expecting a phone call from them to arrange a time for the delivery and installation of our fridge. They did not call ahead to schedule a time and we were lucky to be home at the time.nnWe also were not told in advance that they would not pick up our old fridge unless it was first disconnected from the water line. This takes less than two minutes to do, and it makes little sense to me why a professional installer can’t do this themselves. When I asked the delivery team to wait a minute so that we could disconnect it ourselves, they refused, and advised us to call Home Depot again to schedule another appointment, and left. They left us with 2 unusable fridges in our small kitchen - our old fridge which they refused to take with them, and the new fridge which they did not install and plopped in the middle of our kitchen. Furthermore, we discovered that they had damaged some of the tubing at the back of our new fridge during the delivery.nnThis delivery team has completely wasted our time. We now have to wait another week for them to bring us a new fridge to replace the one they damaged and collect our old fridge.
