Pearson Hotel and Conference Centre Toronto Airport

The hotel and staff are nice. This place looks like it may have been a Hampton inn in the past. The bed is soft and comfy but the pillows are the hardest thing I've ever laid my head on. Overall a great experience at this hotel and would stay again. It was the cheapest hotwl with park and fly. Great value if all you care about is a place to lay your head before flying out for a vacation.

Absolutely no in- house shops or restaurant. No coffee shop near by. Sparsely staffed. Failed to give requested wake-up call. No alarm in room ,thankful that I had alarm on my phone. Shuttle service was reserved only. Bare bones hotel. Rates were just over $100.00 per night. Get what you pay for.

It was ok for the circumstances.. the room was quite nice, but there were many other things that made me wish we had landed a nicer hotel. The shuttle driver (only one of two we met) was incredibly negative and unfriendly. The halls seemed a bit grungy, and it wasn't very soundproof. The elevator was broken, forcing us to use out of the way stairs filled with renovation junk. The card reader on the door stopped working, and I was locked out of our room for an hour while I struggled to get help from the staff. There seemed to be only one person working in the morning (due to weather) and coffee ran out at the breakfast bar multiple times. This staff member was running around, doing his best to help everyone and keep breakfast stocked, but it was obviously a struggle. Granted, many of these things were out of their control due to weather and slow elevator repair crews, but the overall impression I left with was still meh. I'd definitely go if desperate, but I wouldn't be thrilled.

Terrible stay. Room was dirty, sheets felt terrible and the staff was rude. Took the shuttle to the airport and the driver ran a red light. Everyone in the van felt unsafe

SCAM IN OPERATION. Lower than one star. We had booked a room on Expedia and called on the phone to confirm the booking. They had said it was confirmed and sent us a shuttle to pick us up. When we got there they made us wait one hour before telling us there are no rooms available and gave us NO REFUND. And after phoning the manager he basically told me to screw off. Unbelievably the worst I have experienced.
