Everything was good except for the staff. The reception people were somewhat rude no smiles, no willingness to help with concierge services. They even watched us struggle with our luggage without offering any assistance. The receptionist didn’t explain anything upon check-in; she simply handed over the key without a word. When she asked for my credit card, she charged a higher pre-authorization amount than expected without any prior notice or explanation I understand it’s standard security practice, but a little courtesy goes a long way.nnThe following day, I asked housekeeping to clean my room, and they said to ask reception. When I asked reception, they said to just change the towels again, directing me elsewhere. It left me feeling quite confused and underserved.nnI think the staff could benefit from some customer service training. Overall, the stay was good, but the staff experience did leave something to be desired.

It’s a scam, don’t stay there!!nIf you do the park sleep fly for 2 nights, they will change your second night reservation date and charge you a no-show.nnStaff is incredibly rude and ill-mannered, rooms are dirty and mouldy. Location is convenient though, 10-15 min drive to the airport.nnWe respectfully disagree that we booked the wrong night. We called the hotel directly on July 2 to reserve July 31 and August 4, with parking in between. When no confirmation email arrived, we called again on July 18 and were verbally told both stays were confirmed.nnAt check-in on July 31, we again confirmed the August 4 reservation with the front desk. We were specifically told to write August 5 on our parking pass because that was our checkout date. We have the parking pass and call logs supporting this timeline.nnWhen we returned on August 4, we were told the hotel was sold out and no room could be provided, despite having been charged. We were then given inconsistent explanations about the alleged reservation date. At approximately 10 p.m., we had to drive three hours home.nnWe are requesting a full refund for the night that was charged but not provided, along with a written review of the reservation and call records. We will contact the hotel directly and hope this can be resolved promptly and professionally.

Had a pleasant stay here. Room was clean and smelled great. The price was affordable and there was free breakfast! Noise level was acceptable so no complaints here. Early check-in was a plus. I did not use any of their amenities so if you just needed a place to sleep for the night, this place fits the bill. Give them a try, they might prove you wrong.

Whenever I come to Toronto, I always book for comfort inn. I never had any issue with my stay. And I had stayed multiple times in the hotel. And the hotel staff is very sweet and helpful. Especially the morning receptionist lady. She is the sweetest. Apart from that, I will always come back to the hotel. Very convenient, the room is great for the price and heating cooling system is exceptional.

The hotel itself was clean and in a good location. The only issue we had was that my wife forgot an item in the room that was very important to her. After multiple calls the day we checked out and the following day it became evident that the staff on the other end wasn't concerned and wasn't going to be much help. It wasn't a valuable item so it wasn't an issue of theft, this was just purely dismissive on their behalf and could have been resolved with a little bit of effort. Not a bad hotel but don't expect service or help above what's absolutely necessary.
