Holiday Inn Toronto Airport East

I’ve been staying at the Holiday Inn Toronto Airport East for the past couple of weeks while working in the area, and it’s honestly been a fantastic experience. The best part of my stay has definitely been the staff. They’ve gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome, always going out of their way to make sure I’m comfortable. It’s the kind of thoughtful service that really stands out and makes a big difference, especially on longer stays.nnThe room itself has been great—exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The hotel also has an on-site restaurant, which is really convenient and has friendly staff as well. I’ve enjoyed being able to grab a meal there without needing to leave the hotel. Plus, they left me some delightful cookies during my stay, which was such a nice and thoughtful touch!nnAll in all, I’ve had a really positive stays here. The staff, cleanliness, and convenience have all made it a great place to stay, and I’m already looking forward to returning in the future!

My room was upgraded but when I was walking by other rooms it looked the same. No microwave. Even a basic room has a microwave. Beds were cozy. My flight was delayed and the hotel made it nice and easy for us by allowing us to stay in the same room as the night before. The exercise room is great and the pool was clean and warm - I love how you could watch airplanes fly over the windows above the pool. Customer service was very good.

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was. The lobby was lovely, excellent service, very pleasant staff, and a spacious, comfortable room. Having Perkins Restaurant attached to the hotel was a bonus - we had two excellent meals there and didn't have to venture out in the snow to find something to eat. There was some construction going on which made parking difficult, and it was challenging to find the entrance to the hotel, but this is a temporary problem. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Good Stay but Some DrawbacksnnWe recently stayed at Tru by Hilton Toronto, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel has a nice location, making it convenient for travelers. The staff was courteous and helpful, which added to the positive experience.nnHowever, there were a few downsides. While the hotel does offer EV charging, it’s not free, and only four spots were available. Unfortunately, two of them weren’t working, which was a bit frustrating.nnOur room was wheelchair accessible, but we noticed an issue with the bathroom. The water from the shower kept flowing into the main bathroom area, which could be a potential trip hazard. It would be great if the hotel could address this.nnOverall, a decent stay with great service, but some improvements are needed, especially in accessibility features and EV charging availability.

Stayed here for a union meeting the night before we fly out. Perfectly located for my meeting and they provide a shuttle to the airport.When we walked into the building it smelt like fresh baked cookies. Room is nice and clean. We looked at the pool which was also very clean, however we will not be swimming this stay due to out timing. We'll be booking again in 2 weeks.nnParking is hard at this location but that's everywhere in Toronto.
