Ramada Calgary Downtown

I had a wonderful stay at Ramada Plaza! The highlight of my visit was definitely the pool area. It was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect spot to relax after a long day. The pool had a great atmosphere, with plenty of seating and towels readily available. The staff was also incredibly friendly and attentive, making my experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a fantastic pool area. Will definitely be coming back!

Great value for the rate. Breakfast was simple but tasty.nWe did not try the pool.nnWe had some issues with our hotel room door being hard to close properly and loosely installed towel hangers in the bathroom.nnStaff was super friendly about it all though!nnAlso noise levels can be quite loud being located in the downtown area with thin windows, just for your info.

There's not proper of no ceiling light above the door of the room. Also no hot shower on 28 Sep and only resumed on next morning. The room doesn't have kettle.nThe staffs are friendly and helpful.

When booking was told there was parking. There was no parking. Ended up having to find parking four blocks away and walking with all my luggage at 11:30 pm.nnKeys didn’t work. People were rude.nnRoom was fine but basic and dated. I’ve stayed at hotels a few blocks from there and always had better experiences at a cost that’s comparable.nnSorry. I find it hard to recommend.

BED BUGS!!nWe left the hotel before spending a night there because we found bed bugs! They sent someone to inspect the room and they confirmed that’s what it was. The hotel was not helpful but thank goodness Expedia was.. We were very lucky to find another hotel quickly. Although the beg bugs WERE SEEN AND CONFIRMED THAT NIGHT BY HOTEL STAFF they are now backtracking. Disgusting
