The best thing about this hotel are the kind and courteous staff - every single one. No matter what I needed, I could feel their eagerness to make my stay pleasant and to help me in whatever way I could. A small example of this was being to check in early - which I greatly appreciated. The rooms are clean and the bath products are great. The Wifi was also fast, which was beneficial for work meetings. Thank you, Hotel Arts!!
I was recently here for a corporate holiday party and helped to set up the decorations. All of the staff went above and beyond making sure my set up went so smoothly by helping trolley me supplies to the event room, providing water, asking if I had everything I needed, and also helped provide additional decorative lighting to make it stand out more - this all made the experience very special. The room the party was held in was very nice and clean, and also as a guest attending the event, the food was really good. I would definitely come here again for future events!
LOVED our stay here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were able to take advantage of their parking AND check in a few hours before our check in time. Beautiful design, extremely comfortable beds, quiet rooms, and excellent location for exploring Calgary. Would absolutely recommend.
I attended a corporate holiday party and the service was great. There was a variety of food selections and they tasted so delicious! The venue was great for people to mingle and dance and eat.

The accommodations are well-maintained and provide a comfortable stay. I highly recommend taking advantage of the room service for breakfast, as it offers a delightful and convenient dining experience. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location allows for easy access to various downtown destinations within walking distance.
