The Westin Calgary

Good location, nice people reacting to our needs very quickly, also gave us early check in and late check out. But the shower drain was blocked since the first day and we were too busy to contact them. Finally we had the time to raise the issue and it got solved quickly. Would be nice to double check the room state before giving it to clients.

We arrived to a warm welcome. Max the reception gentleman was fantastic and took the time to see what our needs were before giving us our room. Throughout our stay both ends of the holiday we were looked after very well and nothing was to much trouble. A good location in the town, with the shops a few minutes walk away. The room was lovely, clean, spacious and a peaceful place both times. The keg Restaurant is within the hotel so no need to get wet if the weather is in clement. Breakfast is in a small room, again peaceful and both relaxing. We really recommend this place most highly. A great team.

We recently had an incredible stay at the Calgary Westin, and I can't praise this property enough! The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautifully modern rooms that are both comfortable and stylish. The amenities are top-notch, featuring a fantastic spa complete with a sauna, pool, and gym—perfect for unwinding and staying active.nnWhat truly sets the Calgary Westin apart, however, is the exceptional service from the front-of-house staff. Inna, Faiz, and especially Cynthia, who consistently goes above and beyond, made our stay unforgettable. Cynthia's warm welcome and genuine care made us feel right at home. The entire team’s dedication to making every guest feel comfortable and valued is truly commendable. We can't wait to return!

I had an average time. First of all I felt the bed wasn’t done fresh.. it was so crumbled and kind of used.. the sofa r so dirty.. about the staff- Martin guess at the front desk was absolutely an unfriendly person. Doesn’t deserve to be at the front desk. I was asked to come back for a late checkout and I was just asking for not much around 230 pm instead of noon. He didn’t even bother checking and right away denied. Stayed for 4 nights n strongly advised to come and check and can adjust.. hate the service.. the pool n spa are also a little bit odd placed.. given choices I won’t go back.

I just wanted to say out of a lot of the hotels Calgary has to offer and being someone who regularly reviews them for blogs under anonymity I wanted to go out of my way to rate this one. The front desk attendant Max was by far one of the nicest gentlemen I've met in this industry, went above and beyond the call to explain things for me which is something we look for in the Famtastic Program. On top of that, management had upgraded us to a suite which was beautiful I might add.nnIf you're going to stay in calgary I highly recommend this hotel!
