I had a new vehicle that had a few paint scapes, I took it to Scuffs in a Rush, and have never had a better service!! Nikki and her staff were so friendly and accommodated my needs! And did an amazing job and fixing my paint issues! In outstanding time! I will do any future business there for sure!! I had received a scrape along the one side of my car by someone in a parking lot. Nikki looked at it and said she could try to buff and polish most of the damage done to the side. She did a great job so it is barely noticeable now without painting it. The service was very pleasant and professional at the same time. Kindest people ever. From the moment I called them to ask about fixing a scratch on my rented car a cute deer in Omega park decided to jump on my door, to fixing my scratch within seconds at the shop - they were so nice, smiling and caring. You made my day, not only for saving me $400 repair from the rented company, but also for being passionate about people and your industry.

I have so much praise for this place!!!    It was recommended to me by a local “big chain” body shop when I went for an estimate to have some body work done on my new car. Their quote was the best I’d had so far, but they couldn’t do the work until January this was in September, and would take 7-10 business days to complete.  They suggested I might get in sooner and possibly get a better price at Scuffs In A Rush in Stittsville. Off I went to get an estimate from them.   I realized when I got there that the shop is owned and managed by women!!!!     Their quote was only $50 more than the “big chain” body shop, but it didn’t come with the same Lifetime Warranty that the big chain shop did. AND they couldn’t do the work until January either.  After booking an appointment for January with them anyway, because I really WANTED to give them my business, I decided the Lifetime Warranty was worth it to me, so I cancelled my appointment and booked with the “big chain” shop.  Fast forward ⏩ a month. I got a call from the owner of Scuffs. She was calling to say that they had a cancellation and could take my car in on December 19th and it would be fixed in 5 days or less.  She also said she would match the price of the cheaper estimate AND would give me a Lifetime Warranty!!!   I was thrilled and VERY impressed at her initiative to earn my business!  I dropped my car off on Sunday afternoon. This morning I called to see how it was going and when they thought I might get it back. I was hoping it would be tomorrow before we get slammed with the big winter storm headed our way Thursday night!. To my absolute surprise and delight, she said it would be ready about 2:00 this afternoon!  It was painted and just needed to be washed!!!  I picked it up tonight.  Black beauty is looking perfect and was sparkling clean!   The service here was absolute perfection and exactly as promised!  It’s 5⃣ and a  from this girl!  Thank you  Scuffs In A Rush!! EDIT to respond to owner's response: ------------------------------------------------------ Yes it was at your shop July-August 2020 white Audi Q5 and I do have the receipt. Maybe you can't find it in your system because my name is not Mark but Marc. Regarding your technician comment, a lot of people "looked" at the car except the actual guy who did the job. He didn't even bother coming out of the garage. ------------------------------------------------------- I would avoid this place at all costs. I got the back bumper of my car repainted there and when I picked it up there was a system error on the dashboard and the taillights were no longer working. They told me that it was a coincidence... Of course, I've had this car for 10 years, and the week that someone takes off the bumper, the lights stop working. Anyway, they made me come back and 3 guys looked at it for an hour finding excuses to not fix it. I went back home, watched a youtube video, and fixed it myself. They had forgotten to plug in one cable. I still get errors on the dashboard when I open the trunk but they go away when I restart the car.  The overall paint job is also average, they didn't take off the back window like the other garages quoted me for and it got damaged during sanding. On top of all this, they misplaced my emergency kit located in the trunk.

This shop is an absolute pathetic excuse for a body shop. Their bodyman did the rust work on my car about a year and a half ago. It all came back. I had to go back and spend almost the amount of money again. They're a joke. Do the work right the first time or higher someone who can. I would give this place a negative rating if it was possible. Nobody should go here unless you want to waste money for shawdy work. They're a lot of better shops out there. So don't waste your time with this poor excuse for a shop. The owner of this shop who responded to my reviews is not telling the truth about the rust as I have the photos to prove it. STOP LYING

Great experience.  I did an "over email" quote which ballparked my estimate and then they scheduled an in person quote to ensure there would be no surprises.  Everything was very upfront, honest, efficient, and professional.  In regards to the work they do, my repair turned out fantastic.  You would never be able to tell there had been any damage.  They came in with the lowest quote of all the places I checked and did a fantastic job; my car was sparkling clean and the repair seamless.  If I ever have a need for body work again, I would go back to these guys in a heartbeat.  First 2 pics are the before, last one is the spotless after.

Amazing customer service from a local business! Buffed out scratches on my car on the spot in a few minutes. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a local body shop
