Did a great job fixing our vehicle collision damage - it's in the same as original condition now. We dealt with them through CAA insurance claim. The car was fully cleaned inside and out at pickup.
If you need to find a place to repair or replace parts of your baby vehicle. Assured is definitely a place to go. Communication was fantastic. They taking care the vehicle as super. The whole process was super efficiency and fast. We dropped the car, received the feedback daily basis, and we picked the car! Our Tech and Estimator Chris Christopher is the one really fast in response email with all his profession knowledge to helped us. Anthony is the one with his warm heart who helping us to check in. Also reception ladies you all rock our days! Many thanks and with all over 5 stars service.
I am very happy with the repair and the fact that they professionally cleaned the inside of my car too! No more flying dog hairs inside at least for the time being. Thank you! One constructive feedback I would give is the length of the repair. I waited several weeks for parts. Once the car was in the shop, I was originally quoted four days, but I had to keep following up to get a timeline and it ended up being 8 days total. Although I realize that this may be due to an order delay, making this more clear to the customer would have been appreciated.
I brought my car to Assured automotive after a collision in Dec 2022 after being directed there by my insurance company. Exceptional service. 10/10. They were able to do an estimate using photos, order parts, then booked me in right away for when the parts would arrive. I worked with Nygel who was very responsive and provided regular updates. I was not without my car as I had a rental, also arranged in advance and met me with no wait at Assured Automotive. I was very happy and will definitely use them again in the future, though I hope that won't be needed :Service: Body & Trim
Assured did the insurance repair to my Camry after it was hit on the rear passenger side. I got very service during a very busy winter holiday season.
