Deceptive Pricing and Terrible Customer Service – Beware!nnI had a very frustrating experience today June 30, 2025 around 5:00 PM at the Princess Auto store in Karnataka. I picked up a 9PC Socket Set Impact Adapter/Extension Bar Set from the shelf, clearly marked with a sale price of $9.99 sign said sale ends 07/31/2025. But when I got to the cashier, I was shocked to be told the price was $59!nnWhen I tried to explain and even showed the price tag right above the product, the manager refused to honor the shelf price. This is not the first time this has happened at this store — the pricing on the shelf is often misleading, and customers are left feeling tricked at checkout.nnThis is completely unacceptable and misleading. It feels like bait-and-switch tactics, and it's incredibly disrespectful to customers who expect honesty and accuracy. I tried to resolve the issue reasonably, but was met with poor customer service and zero accountability.nnPrincess Auto — fix your pricing and train your staff to treat customers fairly. I won't be shopping here again unless this issue is addressed.

clean, not too busy, and well stocked. I asked for help finding an item heel bars and the employee simply said he did not know what they were. I explained them to him and he just said hes never heard of them and would not direct me to where he guessed they were. I searched them up and saw online that princess auto does sell them. We eventually were able to find them, but the refusal to help was astonishing. Otherwise it was a good experience and the cashier was very friendly.

Very, very wide selection of automotive and mechanical supplies. If your looking for something specific, find it in the app and it will give you the location of the product within the store. Staff is also very helpful.

The most underrated store company I’ve ever seen in Ottawa for tradespeople, handy people and any kind of industrial workers. A good assortment of useful items for reliable prices.

This place has very professional and helpful employees. I went in to buy some drill bits but ended up buying a pressure washer, too. The employee working on the floor answered all of my questions and helped me select the model that worked for me.
