Princess Auto

Here on day 1 and the store is nicely stocked. Of course the staff are wonderful and helpful, and already knowledgeable to help guide people around. The store is bright and everything is clearly marked. I did find the isles narrow where 2 carts with stuff might have a hard time getting past each other, and also cell signals are very limited within the building.

My experience !!! Well just want to say when I found out princess auto was coming to Kanata I was stoked cause I'm from the country about 1 hr drive west of Ottawa and I've been there 2 or 3 times prior and I was happy etc with those visits but my most recent visit was not so nice I drove all the way there to get a few flyer deals and the first 4 things I asked for was not there or they said they had one in-stock but didn't bother searching for it or even to try to figure out what they could do for me ! So pretty poor customer service !!!

I have been to 5 different Princess auto locations. This is the cleanest, best organized, and friendly staff. The selection of hand tools was beyond any of the competing chains. It is nice to have a large selection of items.

It is small, however if the customer base grows so will the store and aside from that it's clean and well stocked
