Curtis is Nick are great honest guys. It took few attempts for my car to get fixed, but the guys were great about taking ownership of it. While it did take several weeks to finally get the my car back, it now works better than before. I highly recommend them.

Curtis at the Mr.Transmission-Kanata location not only performed an expert rebuild and upgrade of the transmission in my 2008 Ford Taurus-X, but also provided me with outstanding Customer Service. I was so impressed by his attention to detail and ensuring that my needs were completely satisfied. My vehicle's transmission is now better than new and I also have the peace-of-mind with a 3-year/60,000km warranty. I would highly recommend Curtis at Mr. Transmission again & again.

Dropped off a tranny for spec inspection before installation and was extremely satisfied with the results. They even painted it and the price was way less then expected. I couldn't believe it was the same one I dropped off, looked like new. Customer service was top notch.

Curtis, the owner of this location proved himself extremely knowledgeable as well as very accommodating. He didn't hesitate to invite me into his shop to meet the mechanic who was working on my transmission at the time. The mechanic explained the issues my transmission clearly had by pointing out the areas needing attention as it lay disassembled on his bench. Once done my 2004 Ford F-150 experienced better fuel economy, revved at lower RPM's at all speeds and had a kick when I pressed on the accelerator that I hadn't experienced in almost 10 years. Well done guys. I'd recommend your shop to anyone in need of straight talk and a competitive price.
