Mr. Lube

Had my oil changed by this establishment on many occasions, professional, polite, knowledgeable and caring is how I would describe my experience. Even better I overfilled my oil the other day just topping it up, and they removed the excess oil free of charge. If you want a job well done for your usual care maintenance needs, look no forward then these folks at Mr.Lube.

Always satisfied. Wish they'd have tge same in Montreal and not the brand busting bad customer experience at Wallmart. Wrote to HQ about this a month ago and no one has bothered getting in touch.

Got help from Isaiah. Very good service and easily worth the price. Answered every question I had even though I was only in for an oil change and diagnosed many other issues. Will be back in again for sure.

Thought it was really weird that they were insisting on keeping my keys prior to performing the oil change. Upon asking why the worker claimed it was a Mr. Lube policy. Upon refusing to give the keys, removing them from the ignition and assuring him that I would not start the vehicle until asked, the worker claimed it was because he was personally liable but wasn't able to explain why/how he is personally liable for my vehicle. I was a bit confused, but I decided to walk away from the service and go down the road to get the oil change done by a lube place that doesn't try to take my keys ... and for a better price.
