Canadian Tire

They have not improved their service at all. You have a combination of poor work at a high cost. In addition, I have found the service representatives to be rude, surly and dismissive. You would think that whoever owns this franchise would make staff changes to improve their service, but one can only assume seems to care very little for the store's reputation.

Nice staff. Had winter tires installed. Recommended other services but are not pushy about it. Have had good experiences at this location.

Very understaffed in hockey section. Buying skates and was told an hour for sharpening, left ans came back 1 and a half hours later and still not started. People were nice just way understaffed and yet lots of people in other parts of the store. Disappointing as its not normally this bad.

They are getting better at carrying stock. Lots of trim a tree. And sporting goods. And they even sell tires.

Worst Canadian Tire Ever!! I brought my van in and said I had a bad battery. They charged 175$ for an hour of service and then told me I had a bad battery. I told them I know and that I needed a new battery that I would pay for. They said it would be an extra 75 To install it. I asked since they only used a half an hour of the service I paid for if they could put it in. They declined and said it's a separate charge. I told then I would do it myself and that it takes five minute and they drove tthe van outside and shut it off out of spite. It was -25 that day and I had kids in the store. It was absolutely uphauling and I would never recommend them to my worst enemy. I even called tthe service department manager and left a message requesting a call back but never got one. BE WARNED!!!!!
