Myers Kanata Hyundai

Very happy with our new purchase of a 2017 Tucson. We arrived at Myers Hyundai after visiting several other dealers in the auto park and after being totally frustrated by the experience there we where blown away by the service JEFF provided. Unlike the others Jeff did not try to sell us a vehicle, rather he carefully listened to our requirements and then sat us in several cars to see if they would in fact meet those requirements. When we started to consider one he discouraged us from that model as it would be counter productive to one of our main requirements! It was refreshing to have his guidance after our previous experinces. It was obvious he was looking to assist us in finding a solution. We would highly recommend Jeff as he took care of us thought the entire process...we always knew where we stood...no surprises! Mark

I had a great experience at Myers Kanata Hyundai. I was greated promptly by Jeremy who listened to my wants and needs for a new SUV and went about and beyond to ensure I was happy with my experience. Great team all around at this location, definitely recommend!

Extremely friendly staff. I went in to buy a Santa Fe XL, which I thought I needed for its size, and the staff were so honest that they helped me choose a Sport instead. That's great customer service right there. I'd highly recommend this dealership.

When I purchased my new Sante Fe vehicle from Myers the car started was installed by Myers as an after factory market install. I had an issue with the car starter shortly after install which a wire was added to fix the repair at no charge. The remote starter broke in Dec 2017 so I purchased a new remote from Hyundai. The service technician said he tried to use the remote starter and it wouldn't start the vehicle where previously he said it would start but shut off after 10 seconds. Hyundai wanted me to authorize the diagnostic to determine what was the issue. I was not impressed with having to spend money on an issue which I felt Hyundai in good faith should rectify. After further discussions with Hyundai Myers Service David Kennedy and Service Manager I needed to be more reasonable since there was 155,00 kms on the vehicle. I then authorized the diagnostic and Myers fixed the remote starter issue today as well as pointed out loose ball joint and left front control arm to be fixed.
