After car shopping for a while I knew the new Civic was the car I wanted to buy. After visiting many Honda dealers I knew I wanted to buy with Kanata Honda. Joey was very helpful, professional and very kind though the whole process. Never felt any pressure to buy and they were able to make the deal happen in no time. They even had the exact car on the lot that I wanted! Thank you to the Kanata Honda team and Joey for making this car purchase the best and most pleasant one to date, I will be sending anyone looking for a Honda to you. Unfortunately, my car got written off a few months later and my insurance contacted Kanata Honda for the bill of sale and I was promptly called by Joey checking up to make sure that I was alright and was offered another great deal on a new civic again. This was also followed up by a thank you from the General Manager thanking me for my business. Cannot express how pleasant and professional Kanata Honda has been. My 1st oil change was even a great experience, everyone was very honest and friendly. 5 stars across the board!

I have had nothing but positive sales and service experience with Kanata Honda! Booking service appointments online, dropping my Civic off in the service bay, and dealing with customers representatives was always seamless. Jeff Eaton recently sold me a CR-V, and I was very happy with how accommodating he was! I wasn't able to purchase the vehicle in person, but Jeff ensured through email correspondence the vehicle was on hold for me. He also drove me 15 minutes across town when I forgot my license plates for my new vehicle. Highly recommend this dealership!

We just picked up our new Honda CR-V from Kanata Honda, we had a very happy and positive experience with Michael Kang. He is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We didn't feel any pressure when making our decision. He clearly explained and demonstrated all vehicle features, the theory behind the power, service maintenance etc. He was also very patient with all my questions. He and the business manager even reserved a nice plate for me! I thank Michael and the service team, and will refer Kanata Honda to friends who is looking for new car.

Came in for an oil change. Staff was insanely cheerful and respectful. As they were finishing they told me I had a burnt out tail light and that they would change it labour free at the cost of only the bulb. Was shocked at how thorough the staff was. They have definitely gained a customer for life as this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had fixing my car.

My wife purchased a car at this location and I couldn't be happier with the results. Jeff Eaton was the salesman and he made every opportunity to ensure that we selected the right vehicle for our needs (which included our growing family). He went above and beyond when he was explaining all the details and made sure we got the best deal. I definitely recommend seeing Jeff if you are going to buy a vehicle and you are looking for someone honest, upstanding, and willing to go the extra mile (1.6km) to help you make the right purchase.
