This was the best Honda dealership experience I've had in Ottawa. From the moment we walked into the Kanata Honda showroom, Mashrur Khan; our sales representative was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Mash made the process of purchasing a used vehicle completely stress-free.nWe were both particularly impressed with the amount of detail taken to clean and make sure the vehicle was ready for pickup. Mash and the rest of the team were transparent and honest when we had questions or concerns, we never felt pressured. This service department is one of the best service departments I think I've ever went to. They had mechanics there with the experience know-how and expertise to be able to diagnose and fix a problem even without the proper parts. I rode my motorcycle from Vancouver Island to Kanata Canada and yesterday my starter switch went. They were unable to get the parts today but due to the knowledge of an amazing mechanic I was still able to ride out of there. Knowing the issue and knowing what the part is I am able to sorts the parts so they can do a proper fix. Thank you for your excellent service you are now my service dept of choice
