Hotel is nice overall. the staff were super friendly, but the rooms could definitely use some regular maintenance. carpets lifting, seals and grout have not been done in a longtime. Just look at the pictures pricing does not reflect quality
I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is typical of Sandman hotels, clean and comfortable. Check in was smooth. I required maintenance in the room and the attendant came quickly and was quickly able to repair the issue. The hotel was busy when I was there due to a sports tournament. This made the refreshment station difficult to keep up with for stock and cleanliness. Upon checking out the front desk was busy as 3 were checking out at once and only 1 staff member on. So check out took 20 minutes or so but she was doing her best to handle it professionally.
MEI provided exceptional service. It was busy with several guests arriving at once but she graciously helped me locate a luggage cart and helped me unload all my luggage and bring it to my room. She is a hard worker, conscientious, and does it all with a beautiful smile. She really made our visit pleasurable. Shout out to all staff. A+! Our room was clean and comfortable and the only suggestion is to add a full length mirror or any secondary mirror in the rooms as the ONLY mirror we had was in the bathroom. So when one guest was using it, the other guest had no means of putting on makeup. We were here for a special occasion but couldn't check out our attire in full.
We stay here often as the amenities close by fit our needs. We love after a long day just walking into Moxies for a good relaxing dinner.nMelanie at the front desk was so very kind and helpful. When she found out why we were visiting again, she went above and beyond and changed the reservation to apply a special hotel policy. She didn’t have to do this as we knew nothing about it but she did. In times when many hotels have zero customer service, she was a welcome and lovely change. Thanks again Melanie.
We are here to settle an estate. This is our 2nd stay with them. 10 days each time. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They even did the dishes we left soaking. Thank you to all the house keeping great job,MercynThe 1st time here we arrived late at night we were going to book on an app but the young lady at the desk heard us say why we are here and she right away took great care of us. As seniors and women it means a lot. Thank you for all the help and peaceful rest.nThe coffee and tea and cookies are wonderful too.
