Great location, very accommodating, fair pricing, laundry facility and very clean rooms.nnLiked · This place is in a great location with a super well-lit parking lot. The lobby is a spacious and inviting area with a cozy spot to watch TV. The staff at the front counter were really friendly and professional, and everything looked neat and tidy. My wife was thrilled to learn that they have laundry facilities on-site, with coin-operated machines. The swimming pool may be a bit small, but it’s still fun and the hot tub works great. They were happy to accommodate our request for two rooms side by side, and it was no problem at all. Rooms being on the second floor it was great the know they had elevators to make taking things up easier. The rooms were very clean, with plenty of storage space for our belongings and all the necessary amenities. The furniture looked brand new and in good condition, and the bathrooms were also very clean and spacious. The shower and tub were spotless from top to bottom, and the towels were super clean too.nnDisliked · I found the room we stayed in to be on the high humid side. Though the bedding and blankets were very clean, I can feel the humidity affected them. The biggest bummer was that we didn’t get any breakfast except for coffee and a granola bar. The fruit on the side didn’t look very fresh, and an apple was bruised from something heavy placed on top of it. They said we could go to the Denny’s on the property, but considering how much we paid, it would have been nice to at least get a discount coupon for breakfast during our stay. So, we decided to have breakfast at McDonald’s instead to stay within our budget.
I started with this chain 6 months ago and have stayed in numerous different properties. I believe I am at 5 already in six months.nnThis is the 2nd property in Calgary and in my opinion a much better property. If flying way less convenient.nnThis hotel is tucked away in a neat shopping district. Plenty of options for food and shoppingnnAs for the hotel itself, it's the standard setup, but for some reason way quieter. There were 4 hockey teams plus volleyball yet didn't hear a word.nnThe beds are comfortable and the staff genuine, smiling and nice. If I were coming back to Calgary this is where I would stay
Hoel was clean, staff were friendly. Food choices were great. The bathrooms need some updating, wasn't a fan of the little shampoo and conditioner bottles really hoped they had the ones on the wall of the shower. Quietest hotel I've been too!! Never even heard 1 person walk down the hall.
Pretty good! They don't have breakfast every day, but it was still nice to have a voucher to use at the participating nearby restaurants including Moxies and Denny's. Service is good, and there are 3 elevators which is great. Close to Quarry Park where a lot of people work
Enjoyed a nice stay across from the pool. While the pool didn't have a waterslide, it was big enough to have fun with the kids. The hot tub was very nice and deep, good temperature too. The manager was very nice to have offered us a room upgrade which we gladly accepted for more privacy!nnWill stay here again.
