My boyfriend and i stayed here for the first time and i would not go back. We tried to check in 1 hour early and they wanted to charge us $35 for that. So we waited the hour and came back. We got checked in and headed to our room. The elevators were not working so we had to use the stairs. The door to the room closed, but did not line up with the doorframe so there was a gap which causes some safety concerns. The bed was on a metal frame that was extremely squeaky and the mattress was far from comfortable. In the morning we again had to take the stairs down to the lobby. Only to find 2 homeless people in the stairwell doing drugs. This hotel is NOT safe and i DO NOT recommend staying here. Spend the few extra dollars and go somewhere decent, trust me.
The room was adequate at best. No towel rack in the bathroom, and the whole building seemed to be in a state of disrepair. Lots of people smoking in clearly marked non-smoking rooms, and there were a ton of sketchy vagrants just hanging around the parking lot. Thank goodness I was just passing through and only stayed 1 night. The staff were friendly enough, but If I had to do it again, I would choose elsewhere to stay.
I got the best price in the city for a room through priceline. The room was a perfect size for one, and had a microwave and fridge, ironing board and iron, a large tv and desk, and a hairdryer. It was well designed and looked new. The front desk clerks and cleaning staff were very helpful with renewing my room and would price match any company, and the with resupplying new towels, coffee and new bedding. The beds were very comfortable and attractive. It's a large hotel with six floors and new. They were still completing a beautiful in house laundry facility with large high end new machines. The location is ideal. It's close to the airport without being there. And it's surrounded by the best discount large retail stores like Best Buy, Michael's, and second hand stores like Plato's, Value Village, Catholic Charities, and more.
Our flight got canceled and this was the only available hotel that we can find. We arrived to hotel at 4am and asked for late checkout of noon. Reception was helpful in that regard. Hotel room is not clean and our stay was not comfortable. Big blotches of blood stains on sheets in sofa bed. Both queen bed sheets have black dots all over. There were hardly any toilet paper in room; had to go ask for a roll. There were no towel holders in bathroom? All the doors were hard to close as I don’t think they’ve installed properly. At 11:30 am, a lady rudely knocked on door as she said we passed check out time. We booked another hotel for next day as we waited for our next flight,
Disgusting Conditions – Health HazardnThis hotel was an absolute nightmare. The room was disgustingly dirty—dust, grime, and filth everywhere. The bathroom was so unsanitary that I actually developed a rash after using it. Clearly, hygiene is not a priority here. The room was almost pitch black due to barely any lighting, which made the whole experience even more depressing. On top of that, the staff were shockingly unprofessional and dismissive when I raised these issues. They offered zero help or even a basic apology. To make things worse, there were homeless people loitering right outside the hotel, making it feel unsafe. It’s clear management has no concern for the wellbeing of their guests. This place is a health hazard and an insult to anyone paying for a room. Do yourself a favor -don’t stay here.
