Alt Hotel Calgary University District

Experience went down this last time I stayed here. I was told I was going to get free parking for my birthday. I did get two parking tickets which they cancelled. After I showered, I was walked in on by housekeeping even though my room was already touched up. Awkward. I have a random extra $105 charge on my card after check out that was force cancelled on their end but has still yet to release on my end 9 days later and to make it up to me for the whole terrible experience they gave me the free parking i was getting for my birthday….. sweet….

A beautiful artsy modern pet friendly hotel in the heart of university district. Amazing staff, modern, clean and comfortable rooms.nnLove the plant based soaps, lotions, shampoo from a Canadian company. The Nespresso machine made the best coffee.nnQuiet, cozy and the perfect stay. Lots of walkable shops, stores, and parks.

I had the pleasure of staying here for a week and with was such a pleasant time.nnFirstly, the front desk staff was amazing. A very big thank you and shoutout go to Kelly, Justin, and Dustin! They answered all my questions and were so courteous throughout my stay.nnThe hotel is clean, modern, and perfectly located. If ever I'm back in Calgary, I know where I'll be staying!

Friendly staff and the hospitality was great. Came back to our room to find a teddy bear and get well card for my new born. Thank you so much, you made our day and put a smile on our face during a tough time.

Such a beautiful and modern hotel! Super super clean and the rooms are fantastic! Practically right across the street from the Children's hospital so we stayed for a night before an early surgery as we're located rurally. Felt like the prices were fair, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
