No outside windows in atrium building rooms!!nnWe arrived at the tower lobby to be told that our room wasn’t ready and to go to the atrium lobby, which is very inconvenient when you have young children ready to get out of the car, once we got to the atrium lobby they told us something was “wrong with our room” so we waited in the lobby for 30 minutes with our young children and then they gave us another option. We initially booked a family room with 2 queen beds and a bunk bed. The other room that was offered only had 1 queen bed, a bunk bed and an old pull out sofa bed, not comfortable at all. Wasn’t offered a lower rate even though we technically lost an entire bed due to this change. Also the bunk beds did not have proper bedding one sheet and one of those gross brown blankets…..nThe “family” room was not spacious and the fact that there was no window to outside made it super dark and small. Both pools had swimming lessons happening while we were there which was kind of strange. Made us feel like we were in the way.nnThe best thing about this hotel is Sage and Co restaurant super yummy and easy to go to for dinner!nnOur room was over $300 all said and done, not worth it all. Wouldn’t stay again. Do not recommend.

We had an amazing experience. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Special mention to Sara, working at the Sage and Co. market bar. She served us breakfast every day with a smile. Her company is lucky to have such a hardworking dedicated employee. Overall, I highly recommend staying here if you're in Calgary and say yes to the option with breakfast. It's worth it.:

Location for me was great, it is close to my company's office, plus there are many good dining options nearby.nI can't say enough about the front desk staff at this hotel. Amazingly well trained and as friendly as they get.nThe rooms are perfect. Can't really ask for much better at the rate.nThe breakfasts are amazing, and they have an espresso machine at the bar.nTheir fitness facility is not bad at all.

This hotel provided large clean rooms and an extensive breakfast service. The atrium provided a relaxed atmosphere when you first walk in the door.nnThe executive lounge had a relaxing atmosphere while providing great coffee and food. Dawn and Leilani provided excellent service and were ready to assist you with any question you had.

The service here is absolutely incredible.nnMy dad and I were visiting from Vancouver and it happened to be customer appreciation night October 30nnThe two gals in the executive lounge were absolutely amazing. Super great service and extremely accommodating and friendly.
