Great staff, the breakfast at Sage Co is great. Sara & Marsha are amazing handling the place in the morning. Afternoon, evenings are being run by younger group of Evan, Derek, Hannah, Ashley, Chloe, Noah, and new manager Chad. Great group of people. Sorry if I missed some names but staff is great group. New hotel owner so time will tell how they play out. Front desk Carrie, Lauren manager and others are good. House keeping is great. I always leave times. I’ve spent many times there traveling as it’s a home away from home. Great location, good parking, transits good and many places for food.

Stayed there for business travel and had access to the Club Lounge. The staff there were wonderful! The room I had atrium area was renovated and comfortable, but the rooms aren't the quietest as you can hear people in the atrium area if your room backs onto it. From doors closing are also really loud for some reason. All in all, a pleasant stay.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing. I have eggs Benedict everywhere I go and this one was the best. Real ham and eggs were cooked properly. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will come again.nThis would be a great place to bring kids. Some rooms open to the atrium with a pool and hot tub area.

The hotel was great for being clean and staff very friendly. Beds are extremely uncomfortable hard and terrible pillows, but the rooms are very well stocked with essentials. Toiletries and everything were extremely appreciated.nnHaving 2 pools was really good for having options with kids. Areas are kept clean & organized.

First time staying at this Delta hotel and well it fell short on my expectations. For being known for being a great Hotel to stay at well it sure wasn't the first night. Had some major issues that almost made me want to cancel my second night. Starting off with not having a fan in my room when I had asked for one when booking online. Called for a fan in the evening when getting back to my room and never showed up within the first hour?? Called again to find out where my fan was and finally received it at 10:30pm rather sad if you ask me. On top of the fan fiasco, the amount of noise coming from outside my room was unbearable. As there was multiple kids running up and down the halls could even hear them running on the third floor. On top of that doors slamming between the privacy locks up to 11:15pm. Also there was a family with kids screaming so loud I got up out of my bed and started to walk down the hall but luckily a person who worked for the hotel was coming up the hall to sort things out. Finally 11:35pm and we could get to sleep to only be woken back up in the morning to more loud kids and music so loud you could hear the bass to the music in our room on the second floor??? I voiced my concerns with the front desk they got the manager on duty to try and make things right they should of tried harder as I'll likely never come back. They offered free breakfast which some items weren't barely warm nor hot. And extended the check out to two o'clock. Which really didn't make it any better as we had things to do in the City. And getting charge for a Tourist fee when we living only 1hr 45mins away what the Sam hell is that about?nDelta Hotels By Marriott due better next time for the love of God.
