We recently hosted a Gala event at Alt Hotel Calgary East Village, and everything went exceptionally well! From start to finish, the event was flawlessly organized, creating a seamless and memorable experience for all our guests. The venue itself was elegant, modern, and perfectly suited for the occasion.nnA special shoutout to Dhiraj Shetty, the event coordinator, who was truly the best at his job. His professionalism, attention to detail, and proactive approach ensured that every aspect of the event ran smoothly. He was always available, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.nnIf you're looking for a well-managed, stylish venue with outstanding service, I highly recommend Alt Hotel Calgary East Village. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
We stayed here as a team. The hotel staff were so accommodating. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. They had a pool table in the lobby and our team enjoyed having a place to hang out. Our flight did not leave until 7:00pm and they offered us a late check out at 4:30. The location is a little further out but there are some great coffee shops and bakeries nearby. Parking at the hotel was $30 per night but there is lots of street parking if you are willing to walk a bit.
We were greeted warmly by the hotel staff, who continued to make our stay fantastic. The hotel is located in a beautiful location by the riverfront in an up and coming area. The rooms were spacious and well designed. Will return!
Very well located. Several shops and good restaurants nearby. Very nice spacious rooms. Courteous employees. Very convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel but way too expensive for the quality of the food. Indoor parking very convenient but very expensive. We had reserved two rooms with bathtubs but only one room with a bathtub was available. The hotel is very noisy. No soundproofing in the corridor. You can hear all the doors slamming. People's voices even seem amplified. Even at the other end of the corridor you can hear the elevator bell. We didn't sleep a whole night because of a party in a room above us. Although the hotel is new, you can hear conversations between rooms
Everything about my stay was fantastic! I've visited several Alt Hotels across Canada, and this one truly stands out with its unique vibe and modern design. While my favorite Alt will always be the one in Toronto, thanks to incredible staff members like Nash and Vijay who make every visit memorable. This location did not disappoint.nnIf I could suggest one enhancement, it would be to allow the mood lighting in the bathroom to remain on without the main overhead light, as it would greatly contribute to the ambiance. Additionally, having ice available on more than two floors would be a nice touch.nnDespite these minor suggestions, my experience was awesome, and I look forward to returning!
