Had an amazing stay at the Marriott Downtown Calgary! The views from the room were stunning — especially overlooking the city skyline. The rooms were spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus with a good variety of options and fresh selections. Perfect location, great amenities, and top-notch comfort. Would definitely stay again!
I booked months in advance for an intense 7 day stay with 2 conferences and multiple meetings in the week.nnSo I also booked a larger suite to be comfortable, and it really was worth it.nnMore space, great room design. Loved the hooks and key/wallet shelf with charging ports at the entrance. That’s smart room design to a frequent business traveller like me.nnI was on the train side and the professional sound machine in the room was so good I’m buying one for home!nnI was out for the week and had breakfast in the hotel on my last day and was BLOWN away by the beautiful breakfast area.nnVery convenient location with amenities nearby. Parking is AMAZING because there is a nightly rate for hotel guests but a paid cheaper option for conferences too safe, well lit, highly accessible.
I stayed here while visiting my partner during her time in Calgary, and I was seriously impressed. The hotel was amazing – clean, comfortable, and full of great amenities. The room service was top-notch, and the bar in the hotel was a great spot to unwind.nnOne of the best perks was the free breakfast buffet, running from 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM on weekdays and until 10:30 AM on weekends – super convenient and a great way to start the day.nnThe location is also really central, close to everything downtown. The only minor downside is that there are quite a few homeless individuals nearby, especially across the street, but that’s more of a city issue than a hotel one.nnOverall, I’d absolutely recommend this place. It’s comfortable, convenient, and definitely worth the stay.
I recently stayed at this hotel for an overnight trip to Banff, and I had a great experience overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. There was plenty of space for families to relax, eat, and spend quality time together.nnThe complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, offering a wide variety of options. Just a heads-up it's best to go early, as it can get quite busy.nnI opted for valet parking, which was reasonably priced at around $30 per day. It was convenient and saved me the hassle of finding a spot myself.nnOne minor downside was the elevator wait time in the mornings, it can get crowded. If your room isn’t on a high floor, you might want to consider taking the stairs.nnOverall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Calgary.
Great rooms. Extra clean. Even have white noise machines in them. Best breakfast buffet I've ever seen in a Canadian hotel by far. They basically have a full floor dedicated to it. Highly recommend.
