Residence Inn Calgary Downtown/Beltline District

Excellent service by staffs at check in. Got upgraded to a 1-bedroom suite which was really spacious and comfy. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped. Location is central and near the c-train. Will be back again!

This is my first time staying at this hotel, and I’m very impressed with how well it’s maintained. I’d also like to commend Ms. Zara from the breakfast buffet—she was incredibly pleasant, and I truly enjoyed chatting with her. Kudos to her! I would definitely recommend this hotel. The experience was so great that even 5 stars don’t seem to do it justice.

I just spent ten nights at this hotel. This is an extremely well-run hotel. It's brand new, the rooms are quite spacious, the breakfast buffet is quite good, and the staff are awesome.nnZara from the breakfast team was an amazing person, in particular. She was so kind and looking after me, making sure I had tea and enjoyed my morning. I found the entire breakfast team very on-the-ball, super respectful and kind.nnThe chef also appeared quite dedicated to his craft, often coming out and looking at the food, checking in on how things looked.nnI'm actually from Calgary and just renting my house out, so whenever I need a spot again I'll for sure choose this hotel. It's also prime location to restaurants like Bridgette, Sweet Loretta, Mission, 17th Ave, etc.

Came for business and was so impressed I now keep booking Residence Inn everywhere I go when available. Nothing beats Residence Inn in Beltline Calgary though! Super well-kept. The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. You would never know if they had a bad day! All cleaning staff are also super friendly.nnBreakfast is unmatched! Always filled with fresh and delicious food with tons of options! The breakfast staff should be proud of how they run that place every morning.nnThe market in the lobby is super convenient.nnThe fitness centre is enough to get your cardio and weights workout in.nnAccess to Stable Tenth is perfect for some after hours coffee, food and wines while you keep working.nnCan’t wait to be back here

I'm planning to stay at this hotel, but the front desk service is terrible and impatient. The staff doesn't care about my questions and just wants to rush through the booking and get my credit card number. They didn't even listen to my credit card number completely, which led to a failed reservation. I hope the quality of the room is much better than their service attitude. I also suggest that they undergo training again
