Safeway Thorncliffe

I love Safeway Thorncliffe. Always, clean and tidy. The food are excellent quality. The atmosphere is lovely and pleasant. I would recommend do something with the restroom location and size but, generally the supermarket is very good.

It is convenient for me, which is a bonus. I find the prices are very expensive compared to well known competitor. I only shop there for 3-4 basic items as needed milk, eggs where price difference does not impact me as much. Larger orders I shop at the competition.nnTheir liquor store, located right beside it, is excellent on the other hand. Very friendly, attentive staff and manager. Competitive prices with excellent weekly deals. If evaluating the liquor store separately would give it 5/5.

It is very nice but if they put something on sale then it's gone quickly. They don't have many sales. Their pharmacy is great and have fast, efficient service. Remember that hours for pharmacy, Starbucks,...is different than the Safeway grocery.

The Good Leaf lettuce is the bestnboxed lettuce I've had in a long time. Keep it in please! The Bakery people are awesome. Great neighborhood store.
