I always have the best experience shopping for my groceries here, the staff is super friendly and helpful despite having to deal with a lot of downtown-related problems, but there’s 3 that deserve a special mention!nPat is such a friendly guy! He’s always working away and I barely ever see him stop. What a positive attitude, he’s like a beam of sunshine.nHeather is a wonderful lady! She asks me how I am and seems to genuinely care about everyone around her. She’s attentive, kind, and knows just how to turn my day around.nAnd Kat I don’t think I have enough kind words for! She always makes me laugh and smile, you can tell she’s dedicated and really knows her stuff. She’s so fast on the till I barely feel like I’m in line!nnThanks to all the staff but especially these three shining stars!

Starbucks is greatnnHowever the bakery is ridiculous the cookies are as hard as a rocknnWent in to purchase a treat Oct 26/24 I see that it’s expired today 7pm so I ask if they can reduce it by 50 percent off at least the item costs 20 bucks they only want you to give 5 bucks off when they know it can’t be eaten all in one daynnThey refused so I walked out empty handednnWhy sell a bakery food item when it’s expired on day of that’s ridiculous and unsafe and overpriced

I experienced the WORST customer service where I had to go from one Safeway, denied my return cause $50+ was ‘too high’ and customer service also stated I had to return to the ‘same store’. ‍‍nnSo I spent $10+ in gas and 1/2+ hour drive back to get back here only to get DENIED my return by a supposed manager stating that I needed to ‘come back tomorrow’ and she walked away from me. ‍nnI called customer service before 7pm after going back into my vehicle and there wasn’t anyone working for ‘customer service’, only ‘special orders. ‍nnSo after the call I calmly walk back into the store and ask the pharmacy if I’m able to do the stunt through them, which the actual Pharmacy owner addressed. She stated that cause her pharmacy is actually a separate entity and that the purchase was not ‘put through her account’, that they couldn’t do the refund, but she called customer service for me and stated they should be able to do it.nnAfter a brief call she said you can go right now and they’ll take care of you!nnI headed there and was greeted by ‘Kat’ who was extremely personable and friendly! She said I don’t know who you dealt with, but I can do this for you since you’ve got your receipt and everything!nnI was so elated I didn’t have to spent another couple hours driving back and forth spending more on gas than the refund was worth and I went back to say ‘Thank You’ to the Pharmacy Owner and then I decided that I should buy Kat a $10 gift card from the in-store Starbucks to give her a WELL DESERVED TREAT!nnI surprised Kat and she tried to decline, but ended up taking it!nnI’m so THANKFUL that people like her KNOW what REAL ‘customer service’ is!nnI originally came here for a vase for a floral arrangement. Their selection was small, but the selection of ready made arrangements was HUGE! I was very impressed with the quality and selection of what they had in stock except for vases

I went in to grab a Black Forest cake from the bakery. I asked the lady who was working over there she looked middle eastern to write Happy Birthday Daddy on a small chocolate slab, there was a line up, she brought the cake with 2 chocolate slabs and wrote HBD on one slab and DADDY on the 2nd slab.nThat looked so tacky. She looked lazy and was trying to avoid to write Happy Birthday Daddy on one slab. It takes 15 seconds to do all that in one slab.nThe bakery Definitely needs someone who can get things done quickly and professionally.
