By the time you’ve been waiting an hour, you’ll start questioning your life choices.nnShopping in-store? Not much better. With about 20 cashier stations, you’d think they’d have it covered, but nope! Only three are ever open!nnWhether you're inside or waiting outside, prepare for a long, drawn-out experience.

Customer service was almost ZERO other than possibly a female supervisor that took us from one line to another for quicker service at register.nnWe passed 9 team members that we greeted, but received either an ignore… or they were so busy talking/ texting on their phones. I guess if they made eye contact someone might ask them for assistance.nnGet to cash and as I bag, I pay attention to the older female cashier beside me. As she rang thru 2 customers, she spent her time only talking to the person dressed in warm weather wear that was standing behind her… at no time did she speak to either of her customers except to ask if they wanted the special of the day… or to inform their payment total.nnWorking in customer service, I feel this is the rudest treatment a paying customer can receive… being ignored!!nnKeep your social time OFF business hours

Just stopped in here to pick up a couple of items and they refused to do a price match to a competitors price which was $2 cheaper on a $14.99 item. I'm talking about exact item jack links beef jerky. If you advertise price match, then do the price match. Take down this sign that is falsely advertising your unethical business practices. Will never step foot in this store again.

I’ve just eaten a very moldy half a bagel, and have an entire bag of moldy bagels, as the back I bought was “best before” the day I bought it. The bagels have a white mold so I couldn’t see. Hope I don’t get sick. Disgusting.nnEdit: July 28, 2024 - just got back from there…. well they scammed the customer once agaun. Bait and switch. The Coke 2 litre bottles are labeled 1.25 on the stands… with limit of 4. There were a number of price tags - a number of types of were discounted. At the self-checkout? 1.97. Thought about complaining but of course then you need to get help in a packed place, and you hold up other people in the lineup. Shame once again Superstore.

Store is great but cashier was rude.
