Ever in 5 years the worst ever counter staff experience I had at the store today. We understand it’s a busy store but whoever is hiring for customer service or for billing please make sure you train people with behaviour, tolerance and patience to work under pressure and people centric job responsibilities. Even an owner of the store won’t behave that. THE WORST 2 ladies at the counter today at around 6.19pm MST. Thank you to serve us but very disappointed. People skills is very much required for people centric job. The review is only for the 2 ladies today.nStore is amazing.

Such a rude staff member. The lady working as cashier at closing time today is full of ego and attitude. She even doesn’t know how to talk to a customer ..she ignores customer. The girl who is stocking is nice but the girl on cashier Is mad on people without any reason. If someone asks for something she fully ignores them.nShe needs to get customer service classes. They need to improve the staff. Negative People like her spoils everyone’s Mood ..

Nice place to find all the groceriesnSpecially Indian items are found very nice.nVeggies are too good & even in nice economical price.nWe usually visiting this place once in a month specially from Airdrie.nStore is too congested from inside but our purpose is solved.nHighly recommend to all specially Indians.

We were here for groceries. Attitude of a girl at cashier counter is not good June 22, 2024 at 2:50pm. Little politeness on face doesnt harm you. Your face expression should be good, please stop rolling your eyes on customers. It seems as if you are doing a favour on customers by scanning their stuff. If you cant work properly, stay home. Owner should teach their staff work ethics and professionalism.

This store is just fooling people. “ If you see items in lower price then beware, they are either expired or rotten”nThey are keeping expired snacks item in display for lower price moreover when it is scanned at counter it takes the original price. If you are not in a habit of comparing your bill with the price on display or on the packet then you are robbed. So be mindful while shopping here.
