FreshCo Whitehorn

What a joke of a store. You should be ashamed to run such a sloppy establishment. This used to be a nice Safeway before you changed it to a freshco. Isle markers are a suggestion at best. Store layout is abysmal. Went to ring up butter at the self checkout and item not found. This place is such a joke same with all the freshco and chalo locations sold out to the newcomers. You couldn't pay me to come in here again.

I remember this location being super busy and great for quality foods and other household stuff when I will “Safeway” But the new “FreshCo”doesn’t seem to be doing that well, the atmosphere is decent. There’s still lots and loss of parking and great friendly staff, but the product, presentation of products and feel the key factors are just not there yet. Still a decent place to grab some deals once in a while.

I’m very pleased I found a great grocery store to shop at. The prices are reasonable, not high at all. There’s great sales and deals every week, it helps a lot to save money, thank you for that. I’m impressed with the meat and produce section the quality is really good. The workers do a great job at keeping the store clean inside and outside. The store has a wonderful atmosphere to it which is why I love going and I hope the team continues to keep up the great work. Thank you for providing such excellent service.

It’s nice clean and well organized store ! They got almost everything under one roof! There fresh cooked food counter is must try ! On special occasions like Ramadan or Diwali you get good deals. You need $1 coin to grab trolley !

I visited this store today on its 2nd day of grand opening.nNice new store, fresh looks and feel, all stocked up and has a pharmacy in.nIt is smaller than the old Safeway.nI am giving it 3 stars because unlike Safeway this store has no customer service and no full bakery.nSafeway was a great store, i don’t understand why they changed the banner, all they had to do was to reduce Safeway prices instead of spending several million dollars to just change the colouring and signages.nNothing will replace Safeway and hard working Safeway employees.
