Freestone Produce

Wow so much selection and large portions for cheap!! I'm so going back here for produce and veggies from now on!! Great quality food too!! Just did a haul today for less than $100 worth of food and got so much!! Wanted to buy more but didn't have the fridge and freezer space for it all.nnThe staff are friendly, helpful, the place is kept well cleaned and fairly organized. Looks like they are expanding which may mean even more options in the future. Definitely recommend checking this place out and they have lots more than just fruits and produce there as well. Great find!!!

I went to grab peaches, plums and the crate of apples. When I brought them home almost every one of them were pithed and bruised on the inside. The only thing I could do with them is dehydrate them. They are not fresh edible. Never shopping here again. Also watch the expiration on things. Most canned items are expiring or have expired.

They are not that cheap. After waiting for parking for 10 mins, then searching for a cart for 5 mins, fighting over with a lot of people to shop around, you can not really look at your stuff before you buy because a guy there will handle it for you and the case was closed by a paper.

The grocery store used to be a great place to shop, but now it's become a hassle. Parking is always a challenge, the store is constantly busy, and crowd management is poor. People frequently cut in line, and no one does anything to stop them.

Freestone Produce is a family owned business that has one of the best supportive prices for produce in Alberta Calgary. You cant beat their prices they are 3 times cheaper than regular big retailers.
