Real Canadian Superstore Westwinds Drive

Got a Pc credit card and thought I would try the delivery service to my work address as I live out of town. I missed two calls that were to verify my delivery address I guess with no messages left. I get about 20 calls a day at work so they just blend in. After the delivery was supposed to arrive I had sat on a chat on the website who then told me to call the store. I called the store and they said I missed my delivery and they had time later that night.when I complained the guy said they dispatch a driver. I waited 45 minutes more and had my wife leave work to get my kids at day care as I couldn’t. I called back and asked where my order was and he said his manager sent an email but never heard back from door dash in 45 minutes. He said I can come pick it up from another store than the one I ordered from but was too out of the way. I then asked for my order to be cancelled. After another 15 minutes I called the 1844 number and they had put me through to the manager who apologized and basically talked in circles for his staff no leaving a message and wasting my time.nnEven though this order was messed up my family was out some income due to her having to leave work early. The cost of me wanting to spending Monday to Loblaws on their credit card and delivery service was a few hours of work as the store could not fill their end competently.nnWe are discussing cancelling our 10 day old credit card as I don’t feel this was handled professionally in any manor. Sorry isn’t enough for our income for the day to be held back due to 3 different times his staff dropped the ball. Not leaving a call back number or message, telling me a driver was on the way when it wasn’t, and having my wife to leave work to get the kids while I was waiting for the delivery.nnIt’s 2024 and I don’t think the bugs are worked out of the delivery service yet. Sorry doesn’t cut it for the lost wage and time due to your staff.

Great customer service. Well organized. Vegetables & grocery prices seem a little up.

Customer service is zero, lady who works at self checkout, I think her name is jaspreet. She needs to learn how to do her job, while red light is blinking on station, that means guest needs help, she was keep standing there and looking at our faces. This is happened second time with us with same lady. Not offering help to your customer. ??? What she was she doing while standing on self checkout then ? She needs proper targeting on this job.

I love a lot of the staff here. We have got to know a few of them very well and love to see them. Especially Deb who treats our kids like gold every time. But some of the staff there are very rude, the meat department staff are not helpful at all. Watched a lady stuffing cakes in behind each other very aggressively. With the prices we pay today it isn't cool to see what you pay for being beat up as much as it was. Other then that it's not a bad place to shop.

I bought a cantaloupe. Looked ok at store but when I cut approaching home it had a rotten taste and smell. I dumped in garbage bin. Otherwise I like superstore because it has a limit per customer on the item on sale. It has non-perishable food donation collection and other donations programs which is really praiseworthy. I have been using this location since 8 years. I have a kind of deep connection with it.
