This store consistently maintains a clean and welcoming environment for its customers
The cashier who assisted me might not have been trained properly in how customer service works. I suggest she require retraining. The most important to remember in customer service is without customers your store will not succeed.

The ladies in the floral department are absolute angels. Special mention for the kindness Catherine showed us in doing up a special bouquet just for my my mom.
I hate coming to the deli here. Every single time I come here I need to wait for assistance from someone behind the counter but there is NEVER anyone. I often have to ring the bell multiple times before I’m even acknowledged. It’s often a poor girl working on her own and she always has her hands full. I am not sure if there are supposed to be more workers or if management is understaffing on purpose. This isn’t a one off either, it has happened every single time I come to the store.
