I have never in my life has such a disgusting experience in any retail store. I brought it two keys from the condo I just purchased and asked for some copies. He took one look and slammed the key down on the table dismissing me. He started yelling at me and shooing me. An agressive and almost abusive in his behaviour made me, a young woman, scared to be there. The only reason this review gets even one star is because I feel so sorry for the young man that works there. He apologized profusely. Obviously this is not the first time. Other customers on the store told me that he picks and chooses who he is nice to. Clearly a misogynistic man. I am still in shock with how he treated my poor mother and I.

A family run business that actually cares for you in an extremely personal manner. Incredibly knowledgable and helpful with any need. Always in good hands with father Norm, and now with son Michael coming up in the business, I know I will be in great hands for many years to come with any locksmith needs.

Went in to get a motorcycle key copied, had no trouble getting a spare made. Fast friendly service.
