Excellent hotel for families. Beds were very comfortable. Everything seemed well maintained (one stove burner not functioning out of four, big deal). Free breakfast, free parking, a pool and working kitchen (regular fridge, oxen and microwave) more than make up for a slightly higher price. Staff were very friendly and understanding of our children and family's needs. Would definitely stay here again. Heck, there's a spot to shoot a basketball!

My husband and I had a flood in our home so we decided to stay here while the contractors worked on our home. Due to me being pregnant and unsure when we could return to our home, we kept having to repeatedly extend our stay. We stayed for a week and the hotel and its staff were amazing. Our room had a full sized fridge, range top, hood vent, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery and the coin laundry located 2 doors down on our floor was incredibly convenient. They allowed us to keep our room that I requested and even honoured our lower rate!! Thanks Tom, Maria, Jim and everyone that helped us feel comfortable and at “home”!

We have stayed here twice. 2 bedroom suite each time. Clean spacious rooms. Pull ouch couch not too comfy but what pull out couch is.. price is fair for what you get. Free parking and continental breakfast. Hassle free check in and check out.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was really nice. The rooms were nice and large. The included breakfast was really good as well. The hotel is also within walking distance to the newly opened subway line which makes it easy to get downtown.

This is our go-to hotel every time we travel to Toronto. Great price. Great rooms. Great staff. Great breakfast in the morning. Great location.
