Booked here because they had a pool and hot tub, thought it would be good to wear the kids out prior to our early flight the next day. Pool and spa were both drained, no notice was given during booking. Would be interesting to see if this was a one-off, or if they ever have it in service. Room was decent, clean and comfortable. Okay value, better value available if you don't want the pool

Nice hotel. Really clean. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Staff is extremely attentive to customers needs. Hotel is also in a good location Close to airport and major highways. There's a bar/restaurant attached to hotel with great food and reasonable prices. Woodbine racetrack and casino is across the street. Bit too far to walk in the winter. But nice and closeby.

Stayed here because our flight got cancelled and westjet paid for it. The check in process wasn't the best. No computer system. We tried to get in to our room 3 times with no luck.. he reactivated the key 3 times. Eventually we got a new room. Very strong smells on both floors we were on. One lady who was checking in dropped her milkshake on the ground and the next morning it was still there but with a caution sign near it now. Also another couple checking in were given a room with someone in it! They walked in their room at 1am. So definitely use your deadbolt from the inside as well. Positives: room was nice and warm and comfy bed.

The hotel was great for a quick stay before a trip! The pool area could use some work but the beds and pillows were lovely. The person driving the airport shuttle barely spoke to us and was kind of short when he did, but he did help with the luggage in and out of the van. Half win? I think so. :D

The room itself and rate was fine. They do not offer a park and fly option if you book through a service like hot wire. My room was also freezing and no way to increase the temp as there was no thermostat in there. So for a place calling itself the comfort inn it wasn't so comforting.
